Abstract: A computer implemented method for designing chemical reactions for catalyst construction is described. The method includes extracting historical data including historic chemical reaction data and historic catalyst construction yield data and converting the historic chemical reaction data into graph models to represent molecular structure data. The method also includes incorporating the graph models into a chemical reaction algorithm and training a vectorized cognitive deep learning network of the chemical reaction algorithm by using the graph models and a property of the historic chemical reaction data to produce a catalyst chemical reaction model. Further, the method includes validating the catalyst chemical reaction model by inputting the historic chemical reaction data and comparing a generated property corresponding to the catalyst chemical reaction model to the property of the historic chemical reaction data. Lastly, the method includes updating the training of the catalyst chemical reaction model.

Abstract: A novel synthetic crystalline aluminogermanosilicate molecular sieve material, designated SSZ-114, is provided. SSZ-114 can be synthesized by treating an aluminogermanosilicate molecular sieve of CTH framework topology with water or an aqueous solution of a mineral acid under conditions sufficient to degermanate at least a portion of aluminogermanosilicate molecular sieve to form a degermanated molecular sieve and calcining the degermanated molecular sieve under conditions sufficient to convert the degermanated molecular sieve to SSZ-114. Molecular sieve SSZ-114 may be used in organic compound conversion reactions and/or sorptive processes.

Abstract: A method is disclosed making aluminosilicate SSZ-82. The method includes (1) preparing a reaction mixture comprising: an amorphous alumina source comprising predominantly aluminum hydroxide; an amorphous silica source comprising predominantly colloidal silica; a source of an alkali metal cation; an organic structure directing agent comprising a 1,6-bis(N-cyclohexylpyrrolidinium)hexane dication; hydroxide ions; seed crystals, wherein the seed crystals comprise a crystalline molecular sieve having an SSZ-82 framework; and water; (2) heating the reaction mixture under crystallization conditions including a temperature of from 100° C. to 200° C. for a time sufficient to form crystals of the aluminosilicate zeolite; and (3) recovering at least a portion of the aluminosilicate zeolite from step (2).

Abstract: A method is provided for the synthesis of aluminum-containing forms of molecular sieve CIT-15. The method includes treating an aluminogermanosilicate CIT-13 molecular sieve with water under conditions sufficient to degermanate at least a portion of the aluminogermanosilicate CIT-13 molecular sieve to provide a phyllosilicate comprising delaminated cfi-layers; and calcining the phyllosilicate under conditions sufficient to convert the phyllosilicate to an aluminogermanosilicate CIT-15 molecular sieve.
