    摘要: In a machine tool such as a surface grinding machine or the like, a guide mechanism for the machine tool wherein one of a pair of opposed guideways is formed into a hydrodynamic guideway, whilst the other guideway is formed into a hydrostatic guideway, the hydrodynamic guideway is utilized as only one master guide, and on the other hand, the hydrostatic guideway is made to act in such that a moving body is pushed onto the hydrodynamic guideway with a constant pressure, so that this arrangement makes uniform the contact pressure distribution in the hydrodynamic guideway, thus the posture of the moving body is improved thereby making the same to perform precision linear motion.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of producing a grinding wheel by electroplating. A part of the outer peripheral portion of a grinding wheel body is immersed in a plating solution. While rotating the grinding wheel body at a low speed, electric current is supplied to flow between an anode disposed in the plating solution and a cathode contacting the grinding wheel body, so that a pre-plating layer of uniform thickness is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the grinding wheel body. Plating operation is continued while adhering abrasive grains to the pre-plating layer to further cause a precipitation of a plating layer to temporarily fix the abrasive grains. The abrasive grains are then pressed by a pressing roller so as to be forcibly embedded into the pre-plating layer by making an effective use of plastic deformation of the pre-plating layer, thereby to obtain a uniform projection height of the abrasive grains from the surface of the grinding wheel. Then, a final plating is conducted to finally fix the abrasive grains. Disclosed also is an apparatus suitable for use in carrying out this method.

This system has a field sequential signal generator for receiving and storing a color picture signal, which includes a plurality of signal components per field, at a first rate and sequentially sending the plurality of signal components, as a field sequential signal, at a second rate which is higher than the first rate; a picture display for displaying a monochromatic picture based on each of the signal components; a coloring device for coloring light emitted from the monochromatic picture displayed on the picture display; and a controller for sending a vertical sync signal, which includes a plurality of vertical sync pulses corresponding to the signal components respectively, to the picture display. The controller controls a timing at which each of the vertical sync pulses is sent to the picture display in such a way that respective time intervals between when the vertical sync pulse is sent from the controller to the picture display and when the signal component is sent from the field sequential signal generator to the picture display are equal.

    摘要: A servo control system which can automatically control a position of a hydrostatically supported member such as a table of a machine tool, rotary shaft or the like is disclosed. The system comprises a closed loop control system including a differential amplifier for effecting a subtraction operation between an amount of displacement of a member and an amount of reference signal and a servo amplifier delivering a control signal and a servovalve for supplying operating pressure upon receipt of the control signal to the member, whereby the position of the member is controlled by the pressure applied thereto.
