    Abstract: A mobile application executable on at least one mobile device for associating actions with a plurality of independent geographic locations and a system for implementing the actions are provided. The system and mobile application carry out a method including the steps of configuring a graphical user interface to include a map and requesting the user to select a designated pin location. The system includes a main controller configured to communicate with the at least one mobile device and initiate the actions based on the location of the at least one mobile device relative to the plurality of independent geographic locations. At least one database is in communication with the main controller and accessible to the mobile and away services module for storing data related to the actions associated with the plurality of independent geographic locations and the at least one mobile device.

    Abstract: A wall mounted device includes a housing having a rear surface that is intended to face a wall to which the device is to be mounted. The housing also has an interior portion and an opening formed therein to allow wires from the wall to pass therethrough for communication with the interior housing. The opening has a center point. At least one terminal block may be disposed in the interior portion of the housing and includes a plurality of terminals that are configured to engage a wire to form an electrical connection. Each of the plurality of terminals can be located equidistant from a point within the opening such that the lengths of wire in the housing are reduced.

    Abstract: According to an aspect of the disclosure, a resource management platform, system and method of communicating resource management information for smart energy and media resources is provided. A resource management platform can include an interface configured to communicate media management information and energy management information. The resource management platform also includes a processor configured to detect an incoming communication to alter an operating condition in response to receiving the media management information or the energy management information. The processor can further be configured to initiate an output of media content in response to detecting media management information, and initiate altering an operating status of a device in response to detecting the energy management information. The processor can also initiate storing at least a portion of the media content and the energy management information within a memory.
