Abstract: A breathable and waterproof membrane and a method for manufacturing the same, and a breathable and waterproof fabric are provided. The breathable and waterproof membrane is formed by stretching a polyolefin material. The breathable and waterproof membrane has a density ranging from 0.6 g/cm3 to 0.8 g/cm3. A plurality of micropores are formed on the breathable and waterproof membrane, and the plurality of micropores each has a size smaller than 500 nm. The polyolefin material includes: 60 wt % to 80 wt % of a first polypropylene resin, 15 wt % to 30 wt % of a second polypropylene resin, and 1 wt % to 10 wt % of inorganic particles. The second polypropylene resin is a modified polypropylene resin having a hydrophilic group. The second polypropylene resin is different from the first polypropylene resin.

Abstract: A detectable dust-proof paper is provided. The detectable dust-proof paper includes a detected layer, a first plastic layers, and a first ink-receptive layer. The detected layer has two opposite surfaces. The detected layer includes at least one metal which is selected from the group consisting of: aluminum, copper, nickel, iron, and a mixture or an alloy thereof. The first plastic layer is disposed on one of the two surfaces of the detected layer. A material of the first plastic layer is selected from the group consisting of: a polyolefin, a polyester, a polyamide, and any combination thereof. The first ink-receptive layer is disposed on the first plastic layer. The first ink-receptive layer contains an inorganic ink-absorption material ranging between a value larger than 0 wt % and 75 wt %.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical packaging composite film includes a heat sealing layer, an aluminum foil layer, and an impact resistant layer. The heat sealing layer contains residues derived from at least one of 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, isoprene glycol, and isopropanol, and thus has a melting point between 130° C. and 180° C. The aluminum foil layer is disposed on the heat sealing layer. The impact resistant layer is disposed on the aluminum foil layer.

Abstract: A polyester film for being embossed with a laser-engraved pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The polyester film includes a substrate layer and at least one surface layer formed on the substrate layer. The surface layer serves as an easy-to-press embossed pattern layer, and is formed from a polyester-based copolymer. The polyester-based copolymer includes residues derived from a diacid component and residues derived from a diol component. The diacid component includes 85 to 95 mol % of terephthalic acid and 5 to 15 mol % of isophthalic acid. The diol component includes 35 to 74 mol % of ethylene glycol, 1 to 15 mol % of neopentyl glycol, and 25 to 50 mol % of 1,4-butanediol.

Abstract: A matte film for hot pressing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes steps of forming at least one polyester composition into an unstretched polyester thick film and stretching the unstretched polyester thick film in a machine direction (MD) and a transverse direction (TD). The polyester composition includes 81% to 97.9497% by weight of a polyester resin, 0.02% to 2% by weight of an antioxidative ingredient, 0.0003% to 1% by weight of a nucleating agent, 0.01% to 2% by weight of a flow aid, 0.01% to 2% by weight of a polyester modifier, 0.01% to 2% by weight of an inorganic filler, and 2% to 10% by weight of silica particles. The polyester resin has an intrinsic viscosity between 0.60 dl/g and 0.80 dl/g.
