    摘要: A reagent container set is disclosed which comprises: a first reagent container for accommodating a first reagent to be used in a sample analyzer, the top part of the first reagent container having a first aspiration opening for inserting a first reagent aspirating tube to aspirate the first reagent; a waste fluid container for accommodating the first reagent used in the sample analyzer as a waste fluid, the top of the waste fluid container having a discharge opening for inserting a waste fluid discharging tube to discharge the waste fluid into the waste fluid container; a box for accommodating the first reagent container and the waste fluid container; and a container holding member for holding the first reagent container and the waste fluid container so that the first aspiration opening and the discharge opening are disposed at predetermined positions, the container holding member being maintained at a predetermined position within the box.

    摘要: The pulse laser light source 1 is provided with an excitation light source 10, lenses 11 through 13, a dichroic mirror 14, an amplifier medium 21, a first reflection portion 22, a laser medium 23, a third reflection portion 24, a saturable absorber 25 and a second reflection portion 26. The reflection portion 22 and the reflection portion 26 compose a laser resonator having the laser medium 23, the reflection portion 24 and the saturable absorber 25 on a resonance path. Further, the amplifier medium 21, the reflection portion 22, the laser medium 23, the reflection portion 24, the saturable absorber 25 and the reflection portion 26 are disposed in order and are integrated with each other. Therefore, the pulse laser light source 1 is able to output pulse laser light of high energy with a short pulse width.

    摘要: A cement admixture and a cement composition having a carbonation suppressing effect and a heat-of-hydration suppressing effect are provided. A cement admixture containing one or more non-hydraulic compounds selected from the group consisting of γ-2CaO.SiO2, α-CaO.SiO2 and calcium magnesium silicate, a cement composition containing said admixture, and a carbonation suppressing method by use of said cement admixture or cement composition. According to the present invention, a remarkable carbonation suppressing effect can be obtained particularly when used in portland blast-furnace slag cement. This leads to an effective use of steelmaking slag and the like, and the load of clinker can be reduced, so that a cement composition of a low environmental load type can be attained. Further, this is suitable for cements in conformity with the EN standards, which are used in civil engineering and building industries.

    摘要: A plurality of cells are provided in a concave portion of a top plate. A cloth to which water is penetrated is provided in a back face of each cell, and a wafer is attracted by the cloth. First and second pipes are connected to each cell. The first pipe introduces liquid to the cell, and the second pipe discharges liquid from the cell, and guides liquid to the first pipe. A constant-temperature device is provided to each first pipe, and a temperature of liquid of each cell is adjusted by the constant-temperature device in accordance with a temperature distribution of the wafer. Whereby, a polishing rate of each part of the wafer can be equalized.
