    摘要: An anisotropically conducting adhesive includes an adhesive base material; and conductive particles which are dispersed in the adhesive base material and which have provided on the surface of the conductive particles a separating agent comprised of at least one ligand which is selected from the group consisting of triphenylphosphine and propionic acid, which decomposes during use of the anisotropically conducting adhesive in an adhesion process and which is non-polymeric. A method for producing a bonded, electrically conductive connection between a plurality of strip connectors includes (a) providing the foregoing anisotropically conducting adhesive; (b) positioning strip connectors on opposite surfaces of the anisotropically conducting adhesive; (c) applying pressure to the anisotropically conducting adhesive and the strip connectors; and (d) decomposing the at least one ligand of the anisotropically conducting adhesive.

    摘要: A process and a device are proposed for manufacturing sensors, particularly those intended for the determination of pressure forces. In thick-film technology, initially at least one insulating layer (14) is produced on a pressure support (10), whereupon a pressure-sensitive resistance layer (12) and finally conductor paths (13) are applied. In a pressing tool (20-22), the layer arrangement (11-14) is then compressed together with a plastic pressure substance (15). Finally, the pressure support (10) is removed from the pressed article.

A further electrode (18) of a measuring cell (21) is disposed in the diffusion conduit (15) behind the inner pump electrode (17) in the direction of diffusion, at which a partial oxygen pressure, which lies at least approximately in the vicinity of lambda=1, can be set by means of the pump cell (20), so that the pump cell (20) operates outside of the limiting current range of the current/voltage characteristic curve.
