    摘要: An electric brake system includes a reservoir, a master cylinder including first and second hydraulic ports, a simulation device providing reaction force in response to foot force applied to a brake pedal, a hydraulic-pressure supply device, a hydraulic-pressure control unit, and an electronic control unit (ECU). The hydraulic-pressure supply device converts rotational force of a motor into rectilinear motion upon receiving an electric signal from the pedal displacement sensor, and moves a double-acting piston designed to perform reciprocating motion within a hydraulic cylinder. The double-acting piston moves in both directions such that the first hydraulic chamber located at one side or the second hydraulic chamber located at the other side are pressed, resulting in formation of hydraulic pressure.

    摘要: When driving of a motor is on and W/C pressure of a low-pressure-side wheel is increased, the driving of the motor is continued until the actual W/C pressure of a high-pressure-side wheel in the same system reaches a predetermined range relative to a target pressure. Specifically, if the target pressure of the low-pressure-side wheel is greater than a predetermined value, the braking hydraulic pressure of the low-pressure-side wheel is increased, the motor is driven, and to account for a resulting decrease in the W/C pressure of the high-pressure-side wheel, the driving of the motor is continued until the W/C pressure of the high-pressure-side wheel is restored. Temperature increases in the motor can thereby be prevented and durability can be improved by shortening the drive time of the motor as much as possible.

    摘要: A motor vehicle includes multiple wheels, each having at least one assigned hydraulically actuatable brake; first and second separate hydraulic braking circuits each including multiple valves for modulating a braking pressure in the two separate hydraulic braking circuits, the multiple valves forming a valve assembly; a first control device controlling the multiple valves; third and fourth separate hydraulic braking circuits and a second control device respectively of same construction as the first and second braking circuits and the first control device; a brake booster, operably connectable to the two separate hydraulic braking circuits and the two further separate hydraulic braking circuits; and a valve unit arranged downstream of the brake booster. In response to a malfunction of the first and/or the second braking circuits the valve unit is switchable from a first position in which it connects the valve assembly of the first and second braking circuits to the brake booster, into a second position in which it connects the valve assembly of the third and fourth braking circuits to the brake booster.

    摘要: A brake control system has a manual fluid pressure source and a power fluid pressure source. A fluid pressure actuator forms an X-pipe having a first channel and a second channel. The power fluid pressure source supplies the operating fluid to each wheel by using the first channel and the second channel. A channel system including the first channel and a channel system including the second channel can be isolated from each other by an isolation valve. The fluid pressure actuator includes a regulation unit configured to regulate a state of supplying the operating fluid such that a difference between a state occurring when the operating fluid is supplied to one of the first channel and the second channel after passing through the isolation valve, and a state occurring when the operating fluid is supplied to the other channel without passing through the isolation valve, is reduced.
