摘要: A motor driver having a startup adjusting mechanism is provided. A steady-state detector circuit detects data for driving a motor to stably rotate to output a steady-state detected signal. A startup waveform pattern circuit selects one of a plurality of startup waveform patterns to output a startup waveform pattern signal according to the steady-state detected signal. A startup waveform generator circuit outputs a startup waveform signal according to the startup waveform pattern signal. A motor controlling circuit controls a motor driving circuit to start up the motor according to the startup waveform signal.

摘要: A motor drive device includes a detecting unit that detects a rotational position of a rotor, a drive waveform generating circuit that generates a drive waveform, a control unit that synchronizes a phase of the rotational position of the rotor and a phase of the drive waveform, and a phase difference setting unit that sets a phase difference between the rotational position and the drive waveform during synchronization. An Apos generating unit calculates and outputs a position count proportional to a rotation amount of the rotor. A Bpos generating unit acquires the position count from the Apos generating unit and converts the count into a count value with the upper limit value as the maximum value. A Cpos generating unit multiplies the count value acquired from the Bpos generating unit by the conversion ratio, and calculates a count value with a predetermined upper limit value as the maximum value.

摘要: In a hybrid vehicle, noise occurrence caused in a rectangular wave control of a motor is restricted when a motor running mode is selected with a converter boosting limit applied. A motor controller for a hybrid vehicle mounted with an internal combustion engine and a motor as power sources is provided. The motor controller includes a converter capable of boosting a voltage supplied from a power supply device; an inverter which converts an output voltage of the converter to an AC voltage and applies the AC voltage to the motor; and a control unit which controls the inverter to drive the motor by switching between two or more control modes. When a running mode to drive the vehicle by a motor power alone is selected with a boost limit applied to the output voltage of the converter and when the motor is driven in a rectangular wave control mode or an overmodulation PWM control mode, the control unit raises the output voltage of the converter higher than a boost limit value and controls the inverter such that the control mode is switched to drive the motor in a sinusoidal PWM control mode.

摘要: A motor driving device includes an inverter circuit having switching elements; and a control device controlling the switching of the switching elements. The control device sets a carrier frequency to f1 when a two-phase modulation scheme is selected, and sets the carrier frequency to f0, which is half of the carrier frequency f1, when a three-phase modulation scheme is selected. Thereby, the frequency of the secondary component of a current flowing in a filter circuit of when selecting the three-phase modulation scheme may be deviated from the resonance frequency of the filter circuit. Accordingly, the current ripple generated in the filter circuit may be reduced even when selectively switching the modulation scheme for the PWM modulation among a plurality of modulation schemes.

摘要: An embedded controller in a vehicle electronics subsystem includes a signal processing circuit used to communicate with an electric machine. The signal processing circuit may be configured to receive an input signal from the electric machine and provide digital output signals to the embedded controller. The digital output signals may include Hall position and rotor position signals. Once the digital output signals are processed by a processor embedded within the controller, the processor may issue a control command to the electric machine. The processor may have memory containing software to make the processor execute the computation of the control command of the electric machine in accordance with a torque command.
