摘要: A connector assembly includes a sheet-like base that is flexible and includes a base body and a tag portion drawn from the base body, a terminal member disposed on a front surface of the base body, a wire disposed to extend from the front surface of the base body to a front surface of the tag portion, the wire having one end thereof connected to the terminal member and another end thereof extending to the front surface of the tag portion, and a connector mounted on the front surface of the tag portion and connected to the another end of the wire, and the tag portion is folded toward the base body such that a rear surface of the tag portion faces a rear surface of the base body, whereby the connector is disposed on the rear surface side of the base body.

摘要: Processes and systems for thermoforming articles of wear are disclosed. The process can include utilizing a negative pressure generation system to seal an article in a forming material thereby compressing the forming material onto the outer surface of the article. The process can also include exposing the sealed article to an increased temperature followed by exposure to a decrease temperature, while maintaining the compressive force of the forming material on the outer surface of the article. A positive pressure can also be applied to the sealed article while undergoing the heating and/or cooling steps, which can facilitate the removal of bubbles from the article during thermoforming as well as apply additional compressive force to the outer surface of the article.

摘要: A nanofiber-based directional moisture wicking electronic fabric and preparation methods thereof are provided. The electronic fabric includes hydrophobic fibrous layer, hydrophilic fibrous layer, and conductive functional coating layer. In the preparation method of the nanofiber-based electronic fabric, the hydrophobic nanofibers, the conductive coating layer, and the hydrophilic nanofibers are successively constructed by the combination of electrospinning and electrostatic spraying technology. Through the construction of hydrophilic and hydrophobic differences, the all-fibrous electronic fabric of the invention is enabled to transport sweat from the skin surface to hydrophilic nanofibers to maintain good comfort and has the merit of good electricity at the same time. The all-fibrous electronic fabric is easy to be fabricated and has a wide application prospect in the fields of waterproof and moisture permeable clothing and intelligent wearable electronics.
