    摘要: A system for diagnosing an internal combustion engine having an air-flow meter. The air-flow meter comprises a voltage divider including a variable resistor. A wiper of the variable resistor is operatively connected to a flap in an intake passage so as to produce an output voltage, responsive to the volume of the intake air, a computor is provided for computing the volume of the intake air from the output voltage and a fixed voltage at one end of the variable resistor, a smoothing capacitor is provided for charging the fixed voltage and a diagnosing circuit is provided to respond to the fixed voltage for producing a diagnosis signal when the fixed voltage exceeds a predetermined range.

    摘要: A three-dimensional laser cutting system by a playback method, adapted to cut work pieces by means of a laser beam. The system comprises a three-dimensional drive machine provided on its main head with a laser head, high speed spindle head and tracer head; a laser unit disposed beside said machine; laser beam delivery means for guiding a laser beam from said laser unit to a laser beam emission nozzle of said laser head; and a computer having a CNC function of driving said tracer head on the basis of a two-dimensional NC tape, and a CTC function of preparing a three-dimensional NC tape on the basis of said two-dimensional NC tape and data obtained by scanning and driving said laser head by a playback method on the basis of said three-dimensional NC tape. The system of the invention may be used for various purposes. When it is used for three-dimensional laser cutting a two-dimensional NC tape of a three-dimensional work piece is prepared, the work piece being scanned by means of said tracer head on the basis of said two-dimensional NC tape, a three-dimensional NC tape being prepared on the basis of said two-dimensional NC tape and data obtained by scanning, then the work piece being cut by means of said laser head on the basis of said three-dimensional NC tape.

    摘要: A printed circuit board substrate is mounted with electric circuit components to form an electric circuit thereon. The printed circuit board is provided with a land without a piercing hole for electrical connection with an electrode of a chip-shaped leadless element, and a land with an aperture for the insertion of the lead wire of a component or element with a lead, and further a pilot pattern for leading melted solder in spite of the presence of evaporated solder flux gas or air during a solder dipping operation. The pilot pattern may comprise a conductive pattern connecting the land for the leadless element and the land for the element with lead. At least elimination of the solder resist layer on a portion of the conductive pattern to form the pilot pattern.

    摘要: Copper-nickel-tin alloys having high tensile strength and conductivity suitable for lead conductor materials for integrated circuits are produced by melting a starting material containing 0.5-3.0% by weight of Ni, 0.3-0.9% by weight of Sn, 0.01-0.2% by weight of phosphorus and 0-0.35% by weight of at least one of Mn and Si other than Cu, casting the molten metal, rolling conventionally the cast into a sheet having a thickness corresponding to more than 60% of cold reduction rate of the final necessary gauge, annealing such a rolled sheet at a temperature of 300-395.degree. C. for 1 hour, cold rolling the annealed sheet and annealing the cold rolled sheet at a temperature of 150-250.degree. C. for 1 hour.
