摘要: In one embodiment, a method for forming a metal-containing material on a substrate is provided which includes forming a metal containing barrier layer on a substrate by a plasma-enhanced cyclical vapor deposition process, exposing the substrate to a soak process, and depositing a conductive material on the substrate by a second vapor deposition process. The substrate may be exposed to a silicon-containing compound (e.g., silane) during the soak process. In some examples, a metallic nitride layer may be deposited subsequent to the soak process and prior to the second vapor deposition process. In other examples, the metal containing barrier layer contains metallic titanium, the metallic nitride layer contains titanium nitride, and the conductive material contains tungsten or copper. The plasma-enhanced cyclical vapor deposition process may further include exposing the substrate to a nitrogen precursor, such as nitrogen, hydrogen, a nitrogen/hydrogen mixture, ammonia, hydrazine, or derivatives thereof.

摘要: A music generator having a memory unit to store time and tone data of the selected song, which are read out successively from the memory unit in response to address signals applied to the memory unit by an address counter. The time data are sent to a latch, and the tone data are sent to a programmable counter and converted into a waveform by a wave shaping circuit. A tempo generator is electrically connected to, and actuates, a timing generator. The timing generator sends clock signals to the multiplexer when playing the selected song. Depending on the time data stored in the latch, the multiplexer determines and decides whether or not to actuate the address counter for requesting for the next tone data stored in the memory unit.

摘要: A system and method are provided for mixing song data based on measure groupings. A player or program may recognize measure groupings in a song through identifying cuepoints. The player or program may use the cuepoints and/or other identifiers of measure groupings to generate a transition between the song and other songs. Parts of one or both songs may be time-stretched, or frames may be added or deleted, such that the beats in both songs are substantially aligned during the transition. The system and method may also involve altering the sequence of frames in one or both of the songs, so that the transition may have various sonic qualities as desired by a user. A choice of transition modes may be provided via a user interface that allow the user some control over when and how transitions between songs are executed.

摘要: Objects in a content delivery network are modified at delivery to users. Individual content servers include copies of the content objects and receive requests from users for a copy of the object. The request includes a program from the content provider on how the content object is to be modified at delivery to the user. The program is executed on delivery of the object to provide the user with a modified content object. Modification can occur as the content is delivered from the content server to the user.

摘要: A wheeled vehicle comprising a power-driven spider assembly for ascending and descending stairs. The vehicle includes an angular position sensor providing input to a controller operable to control a servo-motor to effectively lock the position of the spider relative to the frame, regardless of the hand truck's spatial orientation relative to a vertical plane, or any balancing of the hand truck. The angular position sensor provides input to the controller, which is programmed with predefined angular zones of instability, and causes the controller to accelerate rotation of the spiders through those zones when the wheeled vehicle is in the descent mode, to avoid instability of the hand truck. A hand truck may include a removable basket and/or a pivotable platform usable to transport loads.
