摘要: A semiconductor memory device according to the present invention is constructed in such a manner that two first and second memory circuits are respectively electrically connected to one sense amplifier provided between the memory circuits through changeover elements and equalize elements are electrically connected to their corresponding bit line pairs included in the memory circuits. Owing to this construction, an operation for resetting the bit line pair in the first memory circuit and the sense amplifier after completion of access to the first memory circuit and an operation for reading data into the bit line pair in the second memory circuit can be performed so as to overlap each other in time. It is therefore possible to obtain quick-access to the second memory circuit.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device includes first and second MOS transistors connecting a pair of data lines with a specific potential supplying node. A power transmitting circuit couples the specific potential supplying node with a power supply circuit of an equalizing potential after said first and second switching elements are made conductive. The power transmitting circuit isolates the specific potential supplying node from the power supply circuit when the equalization begins. As an alternative to the power transmitting circuit, a supplying circuit may be connected to supply a precharge potential to the specific potential supplying node when the equalization begins, and supply an equalizing potential to the specific potential supplying node when the switching elements are both turned on.

摘要: A support and drive unit for a mirror device having a housing and a mirrored mirror holder, includes a casing adapted to be disposed in the housing, a support structure adapted to pivotally support the mirrored mirror holder, and means for adjusting the mirror holder. The adjusting means comprises first and second actuating rods axially movably mounted on the casing, and a pair of motors disposed in the casing for moving the actuating rods, respectively, through coupling means. The actuating rods have front ends adapted to be pivotally coupled to the mirror holder, and are spaced substantially right-angularly from each other around the center of the support structure. One of the motors is disposed in an area defined between a side of a plane lying through the center of the support structure and a central axis of the first actuating rod and in which the second actuating rod is located, and a side of a plane lying through the center of the support structure and a central axis of the second actuating rod and in which the first actuating rod is located, said one of the motors having a shaft with a distal end thereof directed toward the support structure. The support and drive unit has a sufficient strength, vibration-resistant capability, and water resistance, and can be manufactured in a compact size.

摘要: The light-shielding coating contains (a) a resin, (b) a coloring material, (c) inorganic fine particles, and (d) a surfactant and/or an oil. The concentration of Component (d), the surfactant and/or the oil, is higher in the uppermost layer of the coating than in the lower layer. The content ratio of Component (d) is in the range of 10 to 40 weight % relative to the total weight of the light-shielding coating. The optical element features this light-shielding coating.
