Abstract: An electronic device having an authentication method with high security is provided. The electronic device includes a pixel portion, a sensor portion, and an authentication portion. The pixel portion includes a display element and a light-receiving element. The pixel portion includes a first region and has a function of making the display element of the first region emit light. The pixel portion has a function of obtaining first authentication information by capturing an image of an object that is in contact with the first region with the use of the light-receiving element. The sensor portion includes a second region and has a function of obtaining second authentication information by capturing an image of an object that is in contact with the second region. The authentication portion has a function of performing first authentication processing using the first authentication information. The authentication portion has a function of performing second authentication processing using the second authentication information.

Abstract: A display device with high resolution is provided. Manufacturing cost of a display device using a micro LED as a display element is reduced. The display device includes a substrate, a plurality of transistors, and a plurality of light-emitting diodes. The plurality of light-emitting diodes are provided in a matrix over the substrate. Each of the plurality of transistors are electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of light-emitting diodes. The plurality of light-emitting diodes are positioned closer to the substrate than the plurality of transistors are. The plurality of light-emitting diodes emit light to the opposite side of the substrate.

Abstract: A display apparatus capable of image capturing with high sensitivity is provided. The display apparatus is configured to include first to third switches, a first transistor, a second transistor, and a light-emitting/receiving element. The first switch is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor. The second switch is positioned between one of a source and a drain of the first transistor and one electrode of the light-emitting/receiving element. The third switch is positioned between the one electrode of the light-emitting/receiving element and a gate of the second transistor. The other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is supplied with a first potential. The other electrode of the light-emitting/receiving element is supplied with a second potential. The light-emitting/receiving element has a function of emitting light of a first color and a function of receiving light of a second color.

Abstract: A display device includes a liquid crystal element, a transistor, a scan line, and a signal line. The liquid crystal element includes a pixel electrode, a liquid crystal layer, and a common electrode. The scan line and the signal line are each electrically connected to the transistor. The scan line and the signal line each include a metal layer. The transistor is electrically connected to the pixel electrode. A semiconductor layer of the transistor includes a stack of a first metal oxide layer and a second metal oxide layer. The first metal oxide layer includes a region with lower crystallinity than the second metal oxide layer. The transistor includes a first region connected to the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode, the common electrode, and the first region are each configured to transmit visible light. Visible light passes through the first region and the liquid crystal element and exits from the display device.

Abstract: Deterioration of a storage battery included in an electronic device is reduced. Power consumption of an electronic device is reduced. A power feeding device having excellent performance is provided. The power feeding device includes a power feeding coil, a control circuit, and a neural network and has a function of charging a storage battery with a wireless signal supplied by the power feeding coil. The control circuit has a function of estimating a remaining capacity value of the storage battery, the control circuit has a function of supplying the estimated remaining capacity value to the neural network, the neural network outputs a value corresponding to the supplied remaining capacity value to the control circuit, the control circuit determines a charge condition for the storage battery on the basis of the value output by the neural network, and the power feeding device has a function of charging the storage battery under the determined charge condition.

The source driver circuit is electrically connected to the pixel through first and second wirings. The image data generation circuit has a function of generating digital image data including first and second data. One of the first and second wirings is made to have a potential corresponding to first data, and the other of the first and second wirings is made to have a potential corresponding to the second data. The potential of the first wiring and the potential of the second wiring are interchanged.

Abstract: A novel display is provided. A display having a small change in chromaticity of a micro light-emitting diode in proportion to current density is provided. A display capable of reducing power consumption in the driver circuit when displaying a still image is provided. The display includes a plurality of pixels each including a display element and a microcontroller. The microcontroller includes a first transistor, a triangular wave generator circuit, a comparator, a switch, and a constant current circuit. The first transistor has a function of retaining a potential corresponding to data written to the pixel by being switched off. The triangular wave generator circuit has a function of generating a triangular wave signal. The comparator has a function of generating an output signal corresponding to the potential and the triangular wave signal. The switch has a function of controlling whether or not to make a current flowing in the constant current circuit flow to the display element in accordance with the output signal.

An intended correction data is held in the memory node. The correction data is calculated by an external device and written into each pixel. The correction data is added to image data by capacitive coupling, and the resulting data is supplied to a display element. Thus, the display element can display a corrected image. The correction enables image upconversion, for example.
