摘要: A method and system for battery pack cell state of charge balancing using a proportional-integral feedback control combined with a feedforward control. The proportional-integral feedback control acts on the difference between the average discharge for all cells over a previous driving cycle and the discharge of a specific cell over the previous driving cycle. Thus, the feedback term is based on whether an individual cell discharges more quickly or less quickly than the battery pack average during driving. A cell which discharges more quickly will receive decreased resistive discharge balancing. The feedforward control acts on the difference between an individual cell's state of charge and the battery pack average state of charge at the beginning of a current driving cycle. The overall control effort, which determines the resistive discharge balancing on-time duty cycle for each cell, is the sum of the feedback control signal and the feedforward control signal.

摘要: A system and method for automatically extracting meta data from unstructured electronic documents is disclosed. In one embodiment, the unstructured electronic document is converted into a plain text document. Further, a document header of the unstructured electronic document is extracted from the plain text document using a rule-based document header extractor, where the rule-based document header extractor may be based on a rule that includes determining a ratio of a number of words with their initial letters capitalized in a text line over a total number of words in the text line in the plain text document. Moreover, meta data is extracted from the extracted document header using a heuristic approach.

摘要: A system and method for effectively performing an intra prediction procedure with an electronic device includes an encoder that utilizes a delta value comparison procedure to identify optimal delta values for creating optimal predicted blocks of image data corresponding to original blocks of image data. The encoder then utilizes the original blocks and the optimal predicted blocks to generate residual blocks that represent the original blocks in an encoded format. The encoder then generates a bitstream containing the delta value information and the residual block for storage or transmission purposes. A decoder may decode the delta values and the residual block to reconstruct the image block.

摘要: Provided are a solar cell sheet and a heat treatment process thereof The heat treatment process includes: a) sifting from solar cell sheets after printed and sintered cell sheets with conversion efficiency lower than 18% and filling factor thereof higher than 70%; h) performing low temperature annealing on the sifted cell sheets; c) sifting from the cell sheets after low temperature annealing cell sheets with lowered filling factor; d) re-sintering the sifted cell sheets; and e) sifting from the re-sintered cell sheets cell sheets with conversion efficiency lower than 18% and returning back to b) until most or all of the sifted meet demands. The low temperature annealing and re-sintering processes proceed cyclically, low temperature annealing can repair the defects in the substrate material, and the re-sintering process can repair the defects generated from low temperature annealing, and the two processes cooperate with each other and sifting can be performed repeatedly, greatly reducing the number of low efficient sheets and improving economic benefits.
