摘要: When a continuous imaging mode is set while a movie image is being recorded, continuous imaging is performed. When a movie image pick-up mode is set, a CCD is brought into a movie image readout mode, in which movie image data representing a movie image is periodically outputted. An image corresponding to one of frames constituting the movie image is of a relatively low image quality. When a determination switch is pressed, the CCD enters a movie image recording mode, in which the movie image data is recorded on a memory card. When a shutter release button is pressed in a case where the movie image recording mode is set, the CCD enters a still image recording mode, in which still image data of a relatively high image quality is outputted. Until still image data corresponding to a predetermined number of continuously imaged frames are obtained, the continuous imaging is repeated. When the still image data corresponding to the predetermined number of continuously imaged frames are obtained, the CCD enters a movie image readout mode.

摘要: A display apparatus for an injection molding machine which permits setting items unalterable during operation of the injection molding machine to be identified on the screen. When the injection molding machine is not in operation, the setting items on the screen are shown in a normal first display appearance. During operation of the machine, unalterable setting items, among the setting items on the screen, are shown in a second display appearance to be distinguished from the first display appearance. Since setting items that are normally alterable but should not be altered during operation of the injection molding machine are displayed in the second display appearance in a distinguishable manner, such setting items can be clearly identified, thus improving operability.

摘要: An image formation apparatus is disclosed. The image formation apparatus includes a fixing unit whose heater temperature is controlled to be in a non-offsetting range so that no offset is produced, the non-offsetting range being defined for each different paper thickness. Nip time remains constant even when the thickness of the paper to be printed on next is changed. Printing is suspended until the heater temperature, approaching the non-offsetting range, reaches an inconspicuous offset range on either side of the non-offsetting range, inconspicuous offset being produced if printing is performed in the inconspicuous offset range.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle comprises an engine and a motor as power sources, the output power of at least one of the engine and the motor being transmitted to driving wheels for driving the hybrid vehicle, an accelerator pedal for increasing and decreasing driving power of the hybrid vehicle, and a drive control section which is provided for operating and stopping the engine and the motor, and which is adapted to control the engine and the motor in such a manner that when the engine is stopped and the motor is operated solely for driving the hybrid vehicle, change in desired output power is predicted, and the engine is maintained to be stopped, even when the predicted output power falls in a drive zone in which the engine is supposed to be operated, when the movement of the accelerator pedal in a predetermined period is less than a predetermined amount, and that the motor is controlled so as to output the predicted output power for continuing drive of the vehicle solely by the motor.
