A trading platform for trading financial instruments that provides the ability to manage customer credit limits, assess credit risks, and provide clearing certainty of trades. In an exemplary embodiment, the trading platform includes computer software modules and provides graphical user interfaces to handle the process of assessing credit risk, obtaining clearing certainty from a clearing member prior to trade execution, and providing notices of the existence or absence of clearing certainty with regard to particular trade requests.

A lift system comprises a call input device and at least one touchscreen for inputting a call for a lift. The touchscreen has at least one functional identifier. When a functional identifier is touched, at least one input signal is generated. The call input device converts into a special input mode for a time-specific or location-specific generation of several input signals.
Abstract:
A system including a plurality of wireless sensors for monitoring one or more parameters of a subject is provided. The wireless sensors can be attachable to or implantable in the subject and form a network. The sensors can include a sensing component configured to detect a signal corresponding to at least one condition of the subject. The sensors further can include a communication component configured to wirelessly transmit the detected signal to at least another of the plurality of wireless sensors, and wirelessly receive a signal transmitted from at least one of the remaining sensors in the network.
Abstract:
A device adapted to attach to a subject for detecting an ECG signal of the subject. The device includes a first, a second, and a third electrode, where the electrodes form an orthogonal configuration. Two channels of ECG data can be obtained using a common electrode, and can be further combined to obtain a further channel using vector mathematics. The channel combination can be performed at vector angles suitable for optimizing the detection of various features of the ECG spectra of the subject. A method of using an implantable cardiac device together with surface-attached wireless sensor(s) is also provided where the acquired data from the implantable cardiac device and from the surface-attached wireless sensor(s) are both used for diagnosing patient's heart conditions and administering appropriate therapies.

A cartridge 5 is mounted on a carriage 8. The carriage 8 includes liquid introducing parts 710m, 710c and 710y and a guide projection 723. The guide projection 723 is extended from between the liquid introducing parts 710m and 710c toward the liquid introducing part 710y. The cartridge 5 includes an ink supply port 507m connectable with the liquid introducing part 710m to supply magenta ink to the liquid introducing part 710m, an ink supply port 507c connectable with the liquid introducing part 710c to supply cyan ink to the liquid introducing part 710c, an ink supply port 507y connectable with the liquid introducing part 710y to supply yellow ink to the liquid introducing part 710y, and a first groove 580. The first groove 580 is extended from between the ink supply port 507m and the ink supply port 507c toward the ink supply port 507y to allow for insertion of the guide projection 723. This configuration suppresses diffusion of ink leaked from any of the liquid supply ports of the cartridge.

A packing carton for packing pouch-type beverage containers stands on two sides, referred to as bottom surfaces, while in the open state and comprises halves which are open at their respective tops. Each bottom surface is delimited on four sides by carton sides, and the halves have a common longitudinal side, which is bent in the middle when in the open state, and comprises stiffening flaps on the transverse sides. The stiffening flaps are extensions on the transverse sides. A machine for closing such a packing carton is also disclosed, as well as a related method for closing the packing carton.

A corrugated paperboard box making machine, which includes: a slotter for slotting a corrugated paperboard sheet to form slots; a die-cutter disposed downstream of the slotter, the die-cutter including a die cylinder with a punching die and an anvil cylinder; a cutting blade for cutting, in cooperation with the anvil cylinder, the corrugated paperboard sheet slotted by the slotter, into two small-size corrugated paperboard sheets, along a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction; and a displacement mechanism for displacing the cutting blade as to allow the cutting blade to be selectively set in a cutting position and a non-cutting position.

A device for chemical endometrial ablation comprising an outer tube, a moveable cervical collar surrounding a portion of the outer tube and located near the distal end of the outer tube, an inner tube movable in a distal-proximal direction within the lumen of the outer tube, a porous and/or sponge-like material on the distal end of the inner tube within the lumen of the distal end of the outer tube having a size, shape, and expandability so that when the distal end of the inner tube within the distal end of the outer tube is moved in a distal direction in relation to the outer tube, the porous and/or sponge-like material expands to the approximate size of a uterus so as to contact the endometrium, a source of cauterizing agent, and means to cause the cauterizing agent to flow through the lumen of the inner tube onto the porous and/or sponge-like material. In operation, the cervical collar can be moved or advanced along the outer tube to the cervix and secured tightly around the external portio in order to prevent chemical cauterizing agent from entering the vagina.

The magnetic field measurement system comprises a triaxial main sensor (1) for measuring magnetic field that can move jointly with a carrier element (2) capable of generating at least one additional magnetic field disturbing the measurements of said triaxial main sensor (1), said triaxial sensor (1) being adapted for providing orthonormal measurements for a reference magnetic field in the absence of magnetic disturbances due to said carrier element (2). The system comprises means of adjustment (5, 6, 7, 9, 4a, 4b) of said triaxial main sensor (1) comprising a removable additional sensor for magnetic field measurement, that can move jointly with said carrier element (2), and disposed outside said carrier element (2) away from the additional magnetic field or fields.
