摘要: A transmission line resonator includes a half-wavelength stepped-impedance resonator with two ends short-circuited to ground, and a capacitive element with one end connected to a center portion of the stepped-impedance resonator and the other end short-circuited to ground. The stepped-impedance resonator includes a first transmission line, a second transmission line, and a third transmission line. The second transmission line has a second line impedance and a second line length, with one end being connected to one end of the first transmission line and the other end being short-circuited to ground. The third transmission line has the second line impedance and the second line length, with one end being connected to the other end of the first transmission line and the other end being short-circuited to ground. The first line impedance is lowered in comparison with the second line impedance.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for forming an anode oxide film, in which on the assumption that a direct-current power source is used, a thick anode oxide film can be formed with good productivity within a short time without using special equipment. The method includes allowing a current A0 to pass through an aluminum base material, and includes a step of repeating a first electricity cut-off treatment multiple times, in which when a voltage reaches a voltage V1 during the formation of the film, the passage of electricity is once cut off, this electricity cut-off is continued for a period equal to or longer than an electricity cut-off time T1, and the passage of electricity is then resumed, wherein the voltage V1 and electricity cut-off time T1 satisfy the prescribed expressions.

摘要: The image recording method and apparatus are used to record an image formed by a group of light source elements disposed in a two-dimensional manner corresponding to recording pixels on a recording medium. In the image recording method and apparatus, an image recording position on the recording medium by the group of light source elements is moved in a direction that contains a component in at least one of two-dimensional disposing directions of the group of light source elements during the recording while modulating, in response to the movement, each recording pixel of the group of light source elements in accordance with an image to be recorded to thereby record the image on the recording medium. The image recording position is moved in accordance with a set magnification for changing the resolution par recording pixel of the group of light source elements. Further, the image recording position is moved by giving a relative speed difference between the relative movement of the group of light source elements and the recording medium and the tracking of the relative movement made by the image recording position by the group of light source elements.

摘要: A laser exposure device at which alignment marks of a plate material on an exposure stage, which is moving in a direction opposite to a scanning direction, are read by a CCD camera mounted at a support gate, after which an imaging region, whose position is judged using the alignment marks, is exposed by a laser beam from a laser scanner. Here, a distance along the scanning direction from the CCD camera to the laser scanner is not less than a pitch of the alignment marks that are provided to respectively correspond to a trailing end and a leading end of the imaging region. According to this laser exposure device, even in a case in which a plurality of the imaging region is provided at a recording medium, an increase in a duration for forming images on the recording medium in accordance with an increase in imaging regions is prevented.
