    摘要: A method suitable for anchoring an anchoring element in an object, which anchoring element is compressible in the direction of a compression axis under local enlargement of a distance between a peripheral anchoring element surface and the compression axis. The anchoring element has a coupling-in face which serves for coupling the mechanical vibrations into the anchoring element, which coupling-in face is not parallel to the compression axis. The anchoring element further includes a thermoplastic material which in areas of the peripheral surface enlargement forms at least a part of the surface of the anchoring element, the method includes the steps of: providing a bore in the object; positioning the anchoring element in the bore; and coupling the compressing force and the mechanical vibrations through the coupling-in face into the positioned anchoring element.

    摘要: A multi-layer structure including a buffer layer is to couple with a substrate in a die. The multi-layer structure includes a biological material layer, a bonding layer and a thermoplastic buffer layer. The biological material layer has a first surface attached to the bonding layer. The buffer layer has one side boned with the bonding layer. The buffer layer has a compressed surface to withstand high pressure and be bonded to the substrate. The bonding layer and buffer layer are made of thermoplastic material, and are bonded together firmly through thermal fusion. The compressed surface of the buffer layer directly withstands the injection temperature and pressure exerting to the substrate in the mold, therefore can alleviate the temperature and pressure withstood by the biological material layer. Hence the biological material layer is protected without being damaged in the mold, and bonding between the multi-layer structure and substrate has longer lifespan.

    摘要: A method for making a water-proof laminate from wood, includes a lower mold. A lower cover is provided in the lower mold. A wood plate is provided on the lower cover in the lower mold. An upper cover is provided on the wood plate. An upper mold is provided for pressing the lower cover, the wood plate and lower cover against the lower mold. A coating is injected into the upper and lower molds to cover at least the edges of the upper mold, wood plate and lower mold so that a water-proof laminate is finished after the curing of the coating. The upper mold is moved from the lower mold, and the water-proof laminate is moved from the lower mold.
