摘要: A process for treatment of nanoparticles of mineral filler for obtaining 5 processed nanoparticles for use in polymerization in the presence of nanopartciles which includes the steps of (a) drying a mineral filler with an inert gas for remove catalyst poisons; (b) mixing the mineral filler dried obtained in step (a) with a swelling agent in a liquid state or near a critical state or in the supercritical state; (c) subjecting the swelling agent of the 10 mixture obtained in step (b) to an endoenthalpic or isoentalphic phase change by altering the conditions of the temperature and/or pressure; (d) subjecting the nanoparticles of the mixture obtained in step (c) to contact of scavenging agent to react with catalyst poisons; then the mixture obtained in step (d) can be dried in a step (e) with an inert gas to remove sub-products 15 from scavenging agent and catalyst poisons to obtain the treated nanoparticles.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing carbon nanostructures using a fluidized bed reactor. According to the method, some of the as-produced carbon nanostructures remain uncollected and are used as fluidic materials to improve the fluidity in the reactor. The method enables the production of carbon nanostructures in a continuous process. In addition, the fluidity of the catalyst and the fluidic materials in the reactor is optimized, making the production of carbon nanostructures efficient.

摘要: Multilayer substrates for the growth and/or support of CNT arrays are provided. These multilayer substrates both promote the growth of dense vertically aligned CNT arrays and provide excellent adhesion between the CNTs and metal surfaces. Carbon nanotube arrays formed using multilayer substrates, which exhibit high thermal conductivity and excellent durability, are also provided. These arrays can be used as thermal interface materials.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for making a carbon nanotube structure, comprising the following steps of providing a carbon nanotube array formed on a surface of a substrate; drawing a first carbon nanotube film from the carbon nanotube array, wherein the first carbon nanotube film comprises a first end connected to the carbon nanotube array and a second end opposite to the first end; providing an elastic rod and fixing the second end of the first carbon nanotube film to a first portion of the elastic rod, wherein the elastic rod is curved toward the carbon nanotube array; and rotating the elastic rod around a rotational axis which coincides with a center axis of the elastic rod, wherein the elastic rod is curved toward the carbon nanotube array during the rotation of the elastic rod.

摘要: A method for making thermoacoustic device includes following steps. A substrate having a first surface and second surface is provided. The first surface defines a plurality of grids. Grooves are formed on each of the plurality of grids. A first electrode and a second electrode are formed on each grid. The first electrode is spaced from the second electrode. One of the grooves is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A number of carbon nanotube wires are applied on the first surface and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. A thermoacoustic device array is formed on the substrate by separating the carbon nanotube wires. A number of thermoacoustic device is formed by cutting the substrate according to the grids.
