Also provided is a method for manufacturing a toner supply roller including: an insertion process in which a roller member 10 comprising a shaft 11 and an elastic layer 12 composed of a foam having a columnar shape supported on the outer periphery of the shaft is inserted into a cylindrical forming tool m having on the inner peripheral surface irregular concaves and convexes or a recessed groove along the longitudinal direction; a transfer process in which the roller member inserted into the cylindrical forming tool is heated and the irregular concaves and convexes or the recessed groove along the longitudinal direction on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical forming tool are transferred on the surface of the roller member; and a releasing process in which the roller member on the surface of which the irregular concaves and convexes or the recessed groove along the longitudinal direction are transferred is taken out from the cylindrical forming tool to obtain a roller.

摘要： A method is provided for producing a decorative part that has a closed cross-section having an external visible side and that has at least two support parts to be connected along a connecting joint. The support parts are held spaced at a distance from one another such that a gap is formed between the edges of the support parts which adjoin one another at the connecting joint. The support parts are inserted in at least two halves of a molding tool. A reaction plastic is injected into the molding tool, such that the reaction plastic penetrates the gap. The support parts are moved toward each other such that the gap closes while the reaction plastic is still liquid. The support parts are fixed against each other in this position at least until the plastic has sufficiently cured so as to form a bond seam in the connecting joint.

A ground-engaging tread is attached to the infill to form a structurally superior wheel assembly capable of carrying heavy loads in extreme environments for an extended period of time without the need to replace the wheel components. A method of manufacturing a mechanically interlocked wheel assembly is also included herein.

The manufacturing method of a resin roll has a feature in that integration of the constituents into one piece through bonding is performed by first hardening of the adhesive in a state where outer cylinder (1) is held at a first temperature and adhesive (3) is thereafter heated at a second temperature higher than the first temperature for second hardening.

The shaft portions have an outer diameter smaller than the dedendum of the gear teeth of the gear portions. Each shaft portion has an axial length longer than an axial length of each gear portion. Disclosures are also directed to a molding die assembly including first split dies which are movable in radial directions to form the gear portions of the pinion, and second split dies which are movable in radial directions independently of the first split dies to form the shaft portions, and a molding method using the molding die assembly.
