    摘要: The present invention relates to polyisocyanate mixtures which are solid below 40.degree. C. and liquid above 125.degree. C. and which havea) an average isocyanate functionality of at least 2.1,b) a content of free isocyanate groups bonded to tertiary (cyclo)aliphatic carbon atoms (calculated as NCO; molecular weight=42) of 5 to 22 wt. %,c) a urethane group content calculated as --NH--CO--O--; molecular weight=59) of 2 to 30 wt. %,d) an isocyanurate group content (calculated as C.sub.3 N.sub.3 O.sub.3 ; molecular weight=126) of 0 to 30 wt. % ande) a carboxylic acid ester group content (calculated as --CO--O--; molecular weight=44) of 0 to 25 wt. % and/orf) a carbonate group content (calculated as --O--CO--O--; molecular weight=60) of from 0 to 34 wt. %with the proviso that the total amount of ester groups e) and carbonate groups f) is at least 2 wt. %.The present invention also relates to a process for the production of these polyisocyanate mixtures and to their use for the production of polyurethanes, in particular as the crosslinking component in heat-curable two-component polyurethane powder coatings for coating heat-resistant substrates.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for recovering and recycling the organic binder components accumulating during the spraying of a solvent-containing, two-component polyurethane coating or a solvent-containing, moisture-curing one-component polyurethane coating byi) forming a coatings slurry containing the organic binder components, water and a coagulating agent,ii) mixing the coatings slurry, optionally after removing a portion of the water, with an organic solvent which is inert towards isocyanate groups,iii) reacting the free isocyanate groups present in the mixture obtained in step (ii) with a compound containing one isocyanate-reactive group which is more reactive with isocyanate groups than both water and the isocyanate-reactive component of the two-component polyurethane coating, if present, andiv) removing any remaining water and insoluble components from the organic phase accumulating in step (iii) and recovering the organic phase containing the organic binder components.

    摘要: Moisture hardening binders for lacquer and coating compositions are prepared by mixing with exclusion of moisture, and with or without reacting:(A) 30 to 99 parts by weight of at least one compound containing at least two intramolecular carboxylic acid anhydride moieties with(B) 1 to 70 parts by weight of organic compounds containing blocked amino groups from which free primary aminos, secondary aminos or both are formed under the influence of moisture characterized in that compounds (B) are organic compounds containing hexahydropyrimidine or tetrahydroimidazole moieties, with or without other blocked amino moieties in addition to the hexahydropyrimidine or tetrahydroimidazole moieties, the quantitative proportions of the individual components (A) and (B) being so chosen, taking into account any spontaneous addition reaction which may take place between components (A) and (B) in the absence of moisture, such that the resulting composition contains from 0.25 to 50 anhydride moieties for each hexahydropyrimidine or tetrahydroimidazole moiety.
