摘要： A resin-sealed semiconductor device has a first semiconductor chip whose circuit surface is bonded to a surface of a die pad. The back surface of a second semiconductor chip is bonded to the back surface of the first semiconductor chip. Each of the semiconductor chips is connected by wire to outer lead respectively. A sealing resin is provided for encapsulating the die pad, the first and second semiconductor chips and the wires so that the other surface of the die pad is exposed.

摘要： After all the data words stored in a first scan transform RAM are initialized to "0"s, only signed level data words are overwritten, based on zero runlength data words, on "0"s at the positions designated by zigzag scan addresses in the first scan transform RAM. Thus, while only non-zero components out of 8.times.8 components forming one block are written in the first scan transform RAM, a block stored in a second scan transform RAM is read and initialized. Further, while only non-zero components of the next block are written in the second scan transform RAM, the block stored in the first scan transform RAM is read and initialized. This achieves, in real time, highly efficient runlength decoding responsive to a picture element clock signal of high frequency.

摘要： An electromagnetic vibrating diaphragm pump enabling improvement of working efficiency in fitting center plates to a diaphragm, reduction of production cost and stabilization of performance between products. The disk-like second plate includes the cruciform rising portion having the concave portions, and the second ring rib. The first ring rib is formed at the center of the surface of the disk-like first plate coming into contact with the diaphragm, and a fitting groove provided with convex portions to be press-fitted to the concave portions is formed by this first ring rib. The diaphragm has the protrusions for preventing the diaphragm from being pressed out on the periphery of the through-hole at its center, and the protrusions are engaged with the ring ribs from the circumference of the protrusion.

摘要： An electromagnetic vibrating diaphragm pump capable of preventing fluid such as air from leaking to an oscillator side. This diaphragm is sandwiched by an inner center plate and an outer center plate and is fixed by inserting the mounting screw parts of the oscillator into a through hole provided at the center of the outer and inner center plates. A cylindrical projecting portion is formed at the center of the inner center plate on its oscillator side, and this projecting portion is fitted into the concave groove formed at the ends of the supporting member of the oscillator so as to be sealed in an airtight manner with a ring-shaped elastic member inbetween.

摘要： An automatic transmission system includes a transmission having transmission elements with lubrication-requiring portions and hydraulic actuators therefor, a switching valve that supplies hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuators, a valve actuator that actuates the switching valve, a shift range detection unit that detects a selected shift range of the transmission, and a control unit that controls the valve actuator to actuate the switching valve in accordance with the selected transmission shift range. The switching valve has a bypass position to provide a supply of the hydraulic fluid to the lubrication-requiring portions by bypassing a transmission oil cooler. The control unit judges whether the transmission is in a low lubrication state based on a given operating parameter of the transmission and controls the valve actuator to switch the switching valve to the bypass position at the time the transmission is judged as being in the low lubrication state.

摘要： One of the aspects of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device, which includes a circuit board, a first semiconductor chip mounted on the circuit board, a built-in semiconductor package on the first semiconductor chip, and a first molded resin encompassing the first semiconductor chip and the built-in semiconductor package. The built-in semiconductor package includes at least one second semiconductor chip mounted on a die pad, and the second semiconductor chip has a plurality of terminals. Also, the built-in semiconductor package includes a plurality of lead frames, and each of the lead frames is electrically connected with respective one of the terminals of the second semiconductor chip, and has a connection region on one side and a support region on the other opposing side. Further, the built-in semiconductor package a second molded resin encompassing the die pad, the second semiconductor chip, and the lead frames so that each of the connection regions is exposed and each of the support regions is covered. While the second molded resin has top and bottom surfaces, a plane flush with the connection region locates between the top and bottom surfaces of the second molded resin.

摘要： An electromagnetic vibrating diaphragm pump is provided which is safe even when a diaphragm of a diaphragm pump is damaged and liquid or flammable gas penetrates an electromagnetic drive. An electromagnet coil container containing electromagnet coils in an airtight manner is further provided inside a casing, preventing fluid which has penetrated into the space outside the electromagnet coil container from penetrating into the space inside the electromagnet coil container. The electromagnet coil container has a passage formed for an oscillator to move in reciprocation and the passage is formed of a partition wall outside the container. The electromagnetic coil container is configured to prevent fluid which has penetrated into the space inside the passage from penetrating into the space inside the electromagnet coil container.
