The printer driver, if the user name information is stored in the storage area, and the user name information satisfies a condition described in the format, transmits the user name information added to the print data to a printer apparatus.

An output signal generating device according to the present invention includes a control circuit for generating a control signal, a reference signal generating unit for generating a reference signal, an output signal generating unit for generating an output signal according to a comparison result between the control signal and the reference signal, an output signal detecting unit for detecting the output signal based on a sampling signal, and an output signal storage unit for storing the output signal detected by the output signal detecting unit. The control circuit includes a readout unit for reading out the output signal stored in the output signal storage unit. According to the present invention, the output signal can be stored in real time and the results thereof can be processed by software.

A pulse width modulation device which a step form control signal generated by a control signal generating device and a triangular wavecarrier signal generated by a carrier generating device are compared by a digital comparator and the comparison signal is supplied to an edge detection device. Also, a top/bottom signal generated by a top/bottom signal generating device is supplied to the edge detection device. The edge detection device includes an edge detection function that generates an edge detection signal by detecting change of the comparison signal. The edge detection function is inhibited by the edge detection signal; and inhibition is cancelled by the top/bottom signal so that the edge detection signal is output. A PWM signal is output from the pulse generating device in accordance with the comparison signal, edge detection signal, and top/bottom signal.

A print control method allowing a printing apparatus to perform printing based on a plurality of contents used for outputting a plurality of components to be finally integrated is provided. The CPU determines whether component basis post-processing is set in each of the plurality of contents. The printing sequence is determined such that a first content determined as a content in which the component basis post-processing is set is printed in advance of a second content determined as a content in which the component basis post-processing is not set.

The present invention provides an image processing apparatus, comprising: a photographed image input section which inputs a plurality of photographed images having human faces, a detection section which detects the human faces from the photographed images, an extraction section which extracts face images from the photographed images, the face images being an image of the detected human face, a template image input section which inputs a template image having composite areas each of which is a blank area for placing the face images, and a compositing section which places the extracted face images in the composite areas of the template image and composites the template image with the face images placed in the composite areas.
