摘要: [Subject Matter] To provide a printed wiring board in which no warping occurs even if interlayer insulation layers without core material are laminated on a core substrate.[Solution(s)] To lower the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) to 20˜40 ppm, inorganic particles are added to core substrate 30 formed by impregnating glass-cloth core material with glass-epoxy resin. Furthermore, thickness (a) of core substrate 30 is set at 0.2 mm, thickness (b) of upper-surface-side first interlayer insulation layer (50A) at 0.1 mm, and thickness (c) of lower-surface-side second interlayer insulation layer (50B) at 0.1 mm. In setting so, using thin core substrate 30 and interlayer insulation layers (50A, 50B) without core material, it is thought that warping does not occur in the printed wiring board.

摘要: A total heat exchange element has a stacked-layer structure in which sheet-like partition members added a water-soluble moisture absorbent thereto and spacing members are stacked alternately, the spacing members are joined with the partition members by using an adhesive so as to form air flow passages together with the partition members. According to the present invention, the spacing members have water retention properties. Further, an adhesive that exhibits insolubility to the water-soluble moisture absorbent or an aqueous solution of the water-soluble moisture absorbent is used as the adhesive. As a result, it is easy to obtain a total heat exchange element with which it is possible to easily constitute an air-conditioning apparatus or a ventilator that has high latent heat exchange efficiency and has high reliability.

摘要: When latent heat is transferred between the two airflows flowing along the respective sides of each partition member, not only a layer of moisture absorbent but also a layer of flame retardant lies in the direction of transfer of the moisture. Thus, even if the moisture is absorbed by the layer of moisture absorbent, the layer of flame retardant resists the moisture transfer so that the amount of transfer of the moisture decreases in that part with a drop in the moisture permeability of the partition member. To solve the problem, there is provided a total heat exchanging element comprising partition members and spacing members having moisture permeable portions provided with moisture permeability and flame resisting portions provided with flame retardancy, the both portions not overlapping with each other within each single member. For example, the partition members have the moisture permeable portions provided with moisture permeability, and the spacing members have the moisture resisting portions provided with flame retardancy.
