    摘要: A differential dissecting instrument for differentially dissecting complex tissue is disclosed. The differential dissecting instrument comprises a handle and an elongate member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected to the handle. The differential dissecting instrument comprises a differential dissecting member configured to be rotatably attached to the second end and further comprises at least one tissue engaging surface. The differential dissecting instrument comprises a mechanism configured to mechanically rotate the differential dissecting member around an axis of rotation, thereby causing the at least one tissue engaging surface to move in at least one direction against the complex tissue. The at least one tissue engaging surface is configured to selectively engage the complex tissue such that the at least one tissue engaging surface disrupts at least one soft tissue in the complex tissue, but does not disrupt firm tissue in the complex tissue.

    摘要: A plating processing method of a gripping surface of a gripping tool includes: temporarily and evenly fixing a plurality of first diamond grains having a uniform first grain diameter; adhering the first diamond grains by depositing a metal containing nickel on a gripping surface in a uniform thickness after the first diamond grains have been temporarily fixed; placing a plurality of second diamond grains having a second grain diameter on a metal surface of the gripping surface on which first diamond grains are not present; and adhering the second diamond grains by further depositing a metal containing nickel within a second plating solution on the metal surface in a uniform thickness that does not exceed the first diameter grain and the second diameter grain until a position relationship between the metal surface and the second diamond grains is not displaced even when the gripping tool is moved.

    摘要: A medical device for resecting a tissue. The medical device includes an elongate shaft having a distal end, a proximal end, and a plurality of channels extending therebetween. The medical device also includes a cap assembly disposed at the distal end of the elongate shaft. The cap assembly includes a housing having a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a cavity extending therebetween. The housing is configured to be transparent and includes a friction surface pattern disposed over a portion of an outer surface of the housing. The cap assembly further includes one or more ligation bands disposed on the proximal portion of the housing. The cap assembly also includes a wire interwoven between the ligation bands. The wire is further configured to roll at least one ligation band at a time towards the distal end of the distal portion.

    摘要: An external bone fixation system may include a first semi-circular external fixation member, a second semi-circular external fixation member, four ball collet assemblies attached to the second external fixation member, and four shafts. Each shaft may include a first end attached to the first external fixation member and a second end with a stop member, and each of the four shafts extends slidably through an opening in a ball of one of the four ball collet assemblies. The stop member of each second end prevents each second end from passing through the opening in its respective ball. Each shaft also includes a hinge located closer to the first end than to the second end.
