摘要: A radical-polymerizable resin composition comprising one or more metal-containing compounds (A) selected from a metal soap (A1) and a β-diketone skeleton-containing metal complex (A2); one or more thiol compounds (B) selected from a secondary thiol compound (B1) and a tertiary thiol compound (B2); and a radical-polymerizable compound (C) can stably cure under a dry condition, in water and in seawater and further on a wet substrate. The radical-polymerizable resin composition is useful as a repairing material for inorganic structure, a radical-polymerizable coating composition, a concrete spall preventing curable material, a reinforcing fiber-containing composite material, etc.

摘要: Polyester compositions comprising: a) at least one semi-aromatic polyester resin; b) at least one reinforcing agent; c) hydroxyapatite; d) at least one epoxy component having two or more epoxy functional groups per molecule of the epoxy component; and optionally, at least one toughener, wherein the compositions exhibit the combined property of a desirable melt viscosity stability and a desirable hydrolysis resistance to articles molded from the compositions. Articles molded or extruded from these compositions especially, electric and electronic components. Methods of maintaining melt viscosity stability of a melt-mixed composition while simultaneously retaining tensile strength in the article prepared from the melt-mixed composition.

摘要: A transparent, heat-sealable coating for transparent PET packaging foils can be provided by using a heat-sealable lacquer based on styrene-containing copolymers, on poly(meth)acrylates, on at least one polyester and optionally on a tackifier, and also the process for the sealing of a foil coated with this lacquer. It is surprising here that, despite the use of a rubber based on styrene-containing polymers that is not optically compatible with polyesters and polymethacrylate, the transparency of the heat-sealable coatings is still very high.

摘要: Aspects of the invention include crosslinked copolymer hydrogel compositions. Crosslinked copolymer hydrogel compositions according to certain embodiments include a copolymer of chitosan and a polyester and a hydrolysable crosslinker. In certain embodiments, crosslinked hydrogels further include fibrinogen. The subject invention also describes compositions having crosslinked copolymer hydrogels with one or more absorbed bioactive agents. Methods for preparing and using the crosslinked copolymer hydrogels of the invention are also described.

摘要: A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing, in specific proportions, a resin main component (C) composed of a polycarbonate resin (A) and an optional graft copolymer (B), an inorganic filler (D), a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a weight-average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 (excluding (B)), and a phosphorus-containing modified polyester-based resin (H) prepared by modifying a phosphorus-containing polyester-based resin (F), which includes a dicarboxylic acid component containing a cyclic phosphorous compound of formula (1) and has a phosphorus content of at least 4% by mass with a polycarbodiimide compound (G), wherein (B) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubber-like polymer (B1).
