摘要: A healthcare financial payment system and method are disclosed in which a debit card which may be used by a cardholder to pay for medical products and services is linked with a healthcare-related financial account associated with the cardholder as well as with a non-healthcare-related financial account belonging to the cardholder. The healthcare-related financial account associated with the cardholder may be a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), a Health Savings Account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and the non-healthcare-related financial account associated with the cardholder may be a bank checking or savings account or a credit card. Any expenses for medical goods and services which are not covered by the cardholder's medical insurance may be paid from the cardholder's healthcare-related financial account if the medical goods or services are eligible and if there are funds remaining in the healthcare-related financial account, with any remaining costs being paid for from or charged to the cardholder's non-healthcare-related financial account.

摘要: Ultrasonic devices, systems, and methods for orthodontic treatment performed with aligners are described. Such devices, systems, and methods are to provide multiplicative treatment duration shortening for patients under orthodontic treatment with aligners, such as clear aligners. Communication of desired ultrasound treatment can be communicated from an aligner to an ultrasound device by a communication module using an identification number on the aligner and entering the identification number into the system, an identification number on an external document and entering the identification number into the system, a scannable code and code reader, and an assessment by a dentist and entering the assessment into the system, a radio-frequency identification (RFID) transponder and RFID reader, a change in material properties of the aligner and reading the material properties, or a change in optical properties and reading the optical properties.

摘要: Systems and methods for storing and accessing healthcare data in blockchain managed digital filing cabinets are disclosed. The system can receive and store patient healthcare data from sources such as wearable devices, an implant, patient devices, healthcare provider devices, databases, cloud storage accounts, healthcare databases, or digital filing cabinets. The system can convert the healthcare into non-fungible tokens on a blockchain to protect the healthcare data from being accessed by nefarious actors. The system can manage access to the healthcare data based on authentication rules.

摘要: A headache cause determination system includes a computer. The computer includes a CPU, a storage unit, and a determination unit executed by the CPU. The storage unit is configured to store data that enables a determination as to whether or not there is a possibility that a cause of the migraine symptom of the user is a light-based cause, based on question information regarding the migraine symptom of the user and response information regarding the user's response to the question information. The determination unit is configured to determine whether or not there is a possibility that a cause of the migraine symptom of the user is a light-based cause, based on the response information regarding the user's response to the question information and based on the data stored in the storage unit, and to output a result of the determination.

摘要: Methods of treatment and diagnosis using facilitated communication of health information from a patient device to a physician device are provided herein. Methods include improved dissemination and management of health information data while safeguarding patient privacy. A patient may initiate a tele-medicine session for treatment using a portable user device of the patient, after which a physician may request a set of data through the patient device relevant to the treatment. In response, the device of the patient identifies a subset of the data set requested by the physician that is authorized by the patient for release to the physician. The system further facilitates display of differing types of information on a user interface of the physician's device to facilitate improved treatments and diagnostics, health information collection and patient follow-up.

摘要: Improved methods and systems are described that improve and enhance payment transaction technologies using node association in a wireless node network. In general, a master node related to a payment receiver may detect a signal from an ID node related to a payment provider as the ID node approaches the master node. The master node may then determine if the ID node desires to associate with the master node for a payment transaction based upon a first part of information within the detected signal, such as an identified item being purchased in the transaction. If desired, the master node and the ID node associate for the payment transaction, and the master node then submits payment transaction data to a server. Such payment transaction data is based upon a second part of information within the detected signal, such as an identified payment source for the transaction.

摘要: The concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to secure user-controlled personal health records (“PHRs”). According to one aspect disclosed herein, a patient device can launch a PHR wallet device application. The patient device can connect, via the PHR wallet device application, to a PHR server that stores PHR associated with a user. The patient device can define, via the PHR wallet device application, an access level to be applied to the PHR. The patient device can initiate, via the PHR wallet device application, a transfer of the PHR from the PHR server to a health care provider. The health care provider can be permitted to access the portion of the PHR in accordance with the access level.

摘要: A patient management system for providing patient queues of patient reports to users includes communications circuitry configured to receive first physiological information from monitoring medical devices being worn by a first plurality of patients and receive second physiological information from therapeutic medical devices being worn by a second plurality of patients. Each of the monitoring medical devices is configured to sense one or more predetermined physiological parameters of its respective patient. Each of the therapeutic medical devices is configured to monitor its respective patient for a predetermined physiological condition and provide a treatment. The patient management system also includes at least one processor configured to prepare a plurality of monitoring patient reports, prepare a plurality of therapeutic patient reports, generate a patient queue based on the pluralities of monitoring and therapeutic patient reports, and provide the patient queue to an end user computing device via the communications circuitry.
