    摘要： Ultrasonic devices, systems, and methods for orthodontic treatment performed with aligners are described. Such devices, systems, and methods are to provide multiplicative treatment duration shortening for patients under orthodontic treatment with aligners, such as clear aligners. Communication of desired ultrasound treatment can be communicated from an aligner to an ultrasound device by a communication module using an identification number on the aligner and entering the identification number into the system, an identification number on an external document and entering the identification number into the system, a scannable code and code reader, and an assessment by a dentist and entering the assessment into the system, a radio-frequency identification (RFID) transponder and RFID reader, a change in material properties of the aligner and reading the material properties, or a change in optical properties and reading the optical properties.

    摘要： Methods of treatment and diagnosis using facilitated communication of health information from a patient device to a physician device are provided herein. Methods include improved dissemination and management of health information data while safeguarding patient privacy. A patient may initiate a tele-medicine session for treatment using a portable user device of the patient, after which a physician may request a set of data through the patient device relevant to the treatment. In response, the device of the patient identifies a subset of the data set requested by the physician that is authorized by the patient for release to the physician. The system further facilitates display of differing types of information on a user interface of the physician's device to facilitate improved treatments and diagnostics, health information collection and patient follow-up.

    摘要： The concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to secure user-controlled personal health records (“PHRs”). According to one aspect disclosed herein, a patient device can launch a PHR wallet device application. The patient device can connect, via the PHR wallet device application, to a PHR server that stores PHR associated with a user. The patient device can define, via the PHR wallet device application, an access level to be applied to the PHR. The patient device can initiate, via the PHR wallet device application, a transfer of the PHR from the PHR server to a health care provider. The health care provider can be permitted to access the portion of the PHR in accordance with the access level.
