摘要: In some aspects described herein, a computer-based system that is capable of constructing digital documents is provided. In some implementations, a machine learning system is provided that learns certain terms within a document. The terms may be, for example, part of a document that forms a legally-binding contract between two entities. In one implementation of the machine learning system, the machine learning system interoperates within a user interface to show predictions of certain terms within the document to the user. Further, the machine learning system may capture user answers relating to certain terms and provide feedback into the system that learns during operation of the system, improving user interactions, accuracy and reducing the number of user interactions.

摘要: Techniques for debinding additively fabricated parts are described that do not require solvent debinding or catalytic debinding, and that may be performed using only thermal debinding in a furnace. As a result, in at least some cases debinding and sintering may take place sequentially within a single furnace. In some embodiments, the techniques may utilize particular materials as binders that allow for a thermal debinding process that does not negatively affect the parts.

In order to provide, proceeding therefrom, an infrared radiator with an emissions spectrum which is well matched to absorption characteristics with a maximum around 2750 nm, and which furthermore can be operated with a high electrical power density, and with which the warming-up time in industrial applications, such as, for example, drying of inks, joining of plastics or bending of glass, can be shortened, according to the invention a radiation converter material is applied to at least a part of the radiation surface and, as a consequence of heating by the infrared radiation of the first peak emission wavelength, emits infrared radiation with a second peak emission wavelength which is of a longer wavelength than the first peak emission wavelength.

摘要: Articles and methods involving filter media are generally provided. In certain embodiments, the filter media includes at least a first layer, a second layer, and an adhesive resin positioned between the first layer and the second layer. In some embodiments, the first layer may be a pre-filter layer or a support layer. The second layer may, for example, comprise fibers formed by a solution spinning process and/or may comprise fine fibers. In some embodiments, the adhesive resin may be present in a relatively low amount and/or may have a low glass transition temperature. The filter media as a whole may have one or more advantageous properties, including one or more of a high stiffness, a high bond strength between the first layer and the second layer, a high gamma, and/or a low increase in air resistance after being subjected to an IPA vapor discharge. The filter media may be, for example, a HEPA filter and/or an ULPA filter.

摘要: Articles and methods for the active transport of molecules into, within, and/or from a matrix are generally described. In some embodiments, an electric field may be used to alter the position of the molecule with respect to the matrix. The electric field may be used to move the molecule to a new location within the matrix, remove the molecule from the matrix, or infuse the molecule into the matrix. For instance, the electric field may be used to move a molecule having a binding partner within the matrix into or away from the vicinity of the binding partner. In some embodiments, the position of the molecule may be altered by exposing the molecule to an electrodynamic field. In some such embodiments, the molecule exposed to the dynamic electric field may have enhanced mobility and minimal adverse matrix interactions relative to conventional molecular transport methods, and in some cases, a molecule exposed to an electrostatic field. The active transport methods and articles, described herein, may be particularly well-suited for a variety of applications including histological, biological, and pharmaceutical applications.

摘要: The present invention provides AAV capsid proteins comprising modification of one or a combination of the surface-exposed lysine, serine, threonine and/or tyrosine residues in the VP3 region. Also provided are rAAV virions comprising the AAV capsid proteins of the present invention, as well as nucleic acid molecules and rAAV vectors encoding the AAV capsid proteins of the present invention. Advantageously, the rAAV vectors and virions of the present invention have improved efficiency in transduction of a variety of cells, tissues and organs of interest, when compared to wild-type rAAV vectors and virions.
