    摘要: An ECG measurement approach for any multi-touch screens comprises the following steps: 1) display ECG on the screen; 2) use two fingers to touch the screen and the two touch points have two vertically projected points on the actual ECG waves; 3) draw the horizontal and vertical baselines to show the x interval in milliseconds and y interval in microvolt; 4) move any one or both of the two fingers touch points on the screen, the projected points and the horizontal/vertical baselines updated synchronously, as well as the measurements; 5) measure the different part of the ECG waves using this approach, including the wave top points, wave beginning and ending points. This approach can be used as a measurement tool to any graphs of functions over time displayed on the multi-touch screen, like EEG.

    摘要: In one embodiment, a semiconductor component, such as a wavelength converter wafer, is described wherein the wavelength converter is bonded to an adjacent inorganic component with a cured bonding layer comprising polysilazane polymer. The wavelength converter may be a multilayer semiconductor wavelength converter or an inorganic matrix comprising embedded phosphor particles. In another embodiment, the semiconductor component is a pump LED component bonded to an adjacent component with a cured bonding layer comprising polysilazane polymer. The adjacent component may the described wavelength converter(s) or another component comprised of inorganic material(s) such as a lens or a prism. Also described are methods of making semiconductor components such as wavelength converters and LED's.

In an embodiment, for example, the present invention provides metal complexes having one or more diboranamide or diboranaphosphide ligands that are useful as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and/or atomic layer deposition (ALD) precusors for making thin film structures and coatings. Metal complex CVD precursors are provided that possess volitilities sufficiently high so as to provide dense, smooth and homogenous thin films and coatings.

    摘要: A composition for preparing curable organofluorine-modified polysilazanes comprises (a) at least one curable oligomeric or polymeric polysilazane comprising at least one chemically reactive site; and (b) at least one fluorochemical compound comprising (1) at least one organofluorine or heteroorganofluorine moiety, and (2) at least one functional group that is capable of reacting with the curable oligomeric or polymeric polysilazane through at least one of the chemically reactive sites of the polysilazane. The curable organofluorine-modified polysilazanes can be prepared by combining the components of the composition and allowing or inducing the components to react.
