    摘要: The present invention provides methods and compositions that enable the experimental determination as to whether any gene in the genome of a diploid pathogenic organism is essential, and whether it is required for virulence or pathogenicity. The methods involve the construction of genetic mutants in which one allele of a specific gene is inactivated while the other allele of the gene is placed under conditional expression. The identification of essential genes and those genes critical to the development of virulent infections, provides a basis for the development of screens for new drugs against such pathogenic organisms. The present invention further provides Candida albicans genes that are demonstrated to be essential and are potential targets for drug screening. The nucleotide sequence of the target genes can be used for various drug discovery purposes, such as expression of the recombinant protein, hybridization assay and construction of nucleic acid arrays. The uses of proteins encoded by the essential genes, and genetically engineered cells comprising modified alleles of essential genes in various screening methods are also encompassed by the invention.

    摘要: A test key for validating the position of a word line structure overlaying a deep trench capacitor of a DRAM. The test key is deposited in the scribe line region of a wafer. The deep trench capacitor is deposited in the scribe line region and has a buried plate. A rectangular word line is deposited in the scribe line and covers a portion of the deep trench capacitor, and two passing word lines are deposited above the deep trench. A first doping region and a second doping region are deposited between the rectangular word line and the first passing word line and between the rectangular word line and the second passing word line respectively. A first plug, a second plug and a third plugs are coupled to the first doping region, the second doping region and the buried plate respectively.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a flexible-wire traction-type capsule endoscope and a manufacture method thereof, which mainly includes a capsule endoscope housed in a pockety body and leads out a flexible wire for traction. The manufacture method of the flexible-wire traction-type capsule endoscope includes steps of mold integrating, film coating, adhering, shaping, assembling, sealing and wire fixing. According to the present invention, a finished product of the flexible-wire traction-type capsule endoscope is prepared by assembling a conventional capsule endoscope with a processed pockety body, and finally sealing and fixing. The manufacturing technique of the product is simple and easy, raw materials used are natural without pollution and are cheap, and the processing procedure is easy to be automatized, i.e., the productivity is easy to improve; from the aspect of application, the flexible-wire traction-type capsule endoscope has a small structure volume, is easy to swallow, and causes small negative reactions to patients.

    摘要: Observability of internal system-on-chip signals is a difficult problem and it is particularly difficult to observe and debug transactions with different clock domains. However, one embodiment provides observability of internal signals from multiple internal blocks having varying clock domains such as synchronous (common clock) and asynchronous (non common clock) domains. An embodiment provides simultaneous observability of debug data from both synchronous and asynchronous clock domains. An embodiment may also allow sending debug data from both synchronous and asynchronous domains from the SoC. One embodiment outputs internal signals on output pins of the SoC, thereby allowing transactions from one clock domain to be tracked to another clock domain and allowing for the determination of the relationship between the data of differing clock domains. Other embodiments are described herein.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to methods and devices for changing dynamic display effect of mobile phone application by way of voice control. The method includes a recording step, recording an audio file of a voice external to a mobile phone; a judgment step, calculating a voice energy value linearly dependent upon sound volume in the audio file, comparing the voice energy value to a pre-set noise threshold value and performing a rate calculation step when it is greater than the pre-set noise threshold value; a rate calculation step, calculating a corresponding changing rate according to the voice energy value; and an application display step, setting the changing rate of the current application as a calculated changing rate and displaying same for the current application. This disclosure increases the approaches whereby a user controls the dynamic application changing effect and it can be applied to a mobile phone without a touch screen.
