    摘要: A semiconductor laser light source device and light source unit according to the present invention include a first plate-like member made of metal, to which a semiconductor laser array is joined along the end portion, a second plate-like member made of metal, in which an inlet opening portion, which introduces cooling fluid, and a cooling fluid draining channel, and a third plate-like member made of metal, which is formed along the area corresponding to the end portion and to which at least one cooling channel is provided through which cooling fluid flows in the longitudinal direction of the semiconductor laser array by communicating the cooling fluid introducing channel and the cooling fluid draining channel. Thus, the sectional area of the channel can be larger than that in the construction of the related art and the processing cost is reduced by comparison with the construction of the related art. The problems of blocking path with an extraneous matter and of high-pressure loss due to the path are overcome. Since the channel is provided along the longitudinal direction of the semiconductor laser array, the semiconductor laser array can be cooled efficiently.

The ball screw shaft is centrally disposed within the frame. A table slides along the direct-acting guides under the action of rotation of the ball screw shaft. The ball screw shaft has ball-screw splines formed over its entire length and both ends thereof supported by the motor and a bearing. The center of rotation of the ball screw shaft is brought into alignment with the centers of rotation of the motor and the bearing by balls inserted into the ball-screw splines.

    摘要: Disclosed is an actuator having a frame in which a drive source and a slider displaced under the action of the drive source are held, and an actuator arrangement comprising a plurality of actuators connected to each other by connecting devices. A beam member, which constitutes the frame, has a concave portion defined in a side thereof and the drive source is held in the concave portion. A slider base is held in the concave portion and includes the slider displaced along the concave portion. A cover is used to cover the concave portion defined in the beam member. The beam member has grooves defined in respective outer sides thereof, which have substantially T-shaped cross sections and enable other beam members to be mounted to the beam member. The grooves are defined along the longitudinal direction thereof so as to be substantially identical in structure to one another. According to the above construction, either other beam members or the actuators can be connected to one another by means of the grooves so as to assemble a desired actuator arrangement having a desired shape, thereby making it possible to place the actuator arrangement on a production line in a factory.

The pins are inserted and fixed in first pin holes formed in the slider, and distal end portions of the pins are inserted respectively into second pin holes formed in the displacement nut.
