摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds in the molecule, a photopolymerzation initiator, and a binder, said binder being a copolymer composed of at least one recurring unit of group (A), at least one recurring unit of group (B), and at least can recurring unit of group (C), and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 5,000,000, wherein(A) is a methacrylate or benzyl methacrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of higher than 50.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms,(B) is an acrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of lower than 110.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and(C) is an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, and whereinthe content of the component of group (A) is from 5 to 70 mol %, the content of the component of group (B) is from 5 to 70 mol %, and the content of the component of group (C) is from 20 to 60 mol %, provided that the total content of the components of groups (A), (B) and (C) is 100 mol %.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition which comprises as main ingredients (1) a non-gaseous ethylenic unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenic unsaturated groups and forms a polymer by the aid of a photopolymerization initiator, (2) a thermoplastic organic polymer binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by activating light, and (4) a derivative of a thiohydrazide compound or at least one derivative of a carbothio acid amide. This composition forms a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating. The photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A heat-sensitive recording paper is disclosed. The paper is comprised of a support base having a heat-sensitive color forming layer coated thereon. The color forming layer contains color forming components comprising an almost colorless electron donating dye and an organic acid capable of forming color when contacted with the dye. The color forming layer is coated with a coating layer containing polyvinyl alcohol and boric acid. Due to the existence of the coating layer the recording paper has substantial resistance to decrease the recording density and occur the fog by various chemicals and oils.

摘要： A planographic printing plate material comprising a support and a light sensitive layer provided on the support, the light-sensitive layer being composed of (A) an inorganic material; (B) at least one metal and/or metal compound [(A)/(B) are capable of reacting with each other upon application of electromagnetic radiation] and (C) an organic compound capable of affecting the reaction between the inorganic material (A) and the metal and/or metal compound (B), wherein the inorganic material (A), the metal or metal compound (B), and the organic compound (C) are in contact with each other. When the light-sensitive layer is exposed to electromagnetic radiation, a difference in the hydrophilic or oleophilic nature of the exposed areas and the unexposed areas results, whereby a planographic printing plate is obtained which can be mounted on a printing machine and printed without any other treatments.
