    摘要: An air-conditioner having multiple compressors includes: an indoor heat-exchanger disposed indoors and heat-exchanging indoor air; an outdoor heat-exchanger disposed outdoors and heat-exchanging a refrigerant with external air; four compressors for compressing the refrigerant to change the refrigerant to have a high temperature and high pressure; and three accumulators disposed at a suction side of the four compressors and separating the refrigerant into a gas and a liquid to supply a gaseous refrigerant to the compressors. Oil can be uniformly supplied to each compressor, thereby enhancing reliability of compressors, and since the three accumulators are small with low capacities, their installation space can be easily secured.

    摘要: A method for synthesizing TiO2, metal-doped TiO2, and metal-coated TiO2 particles of spherical form factor and needle type of which the average particle size is below 150 nm. The method of the invention is to synthesize Ti(OH)4, metal-doped Ti(OH)4 or metal-coated Ti(OH)4, and react the same by applying a pressure above the saturated vapor pressure at a temperature above 100° C. The pressure is achieved by means of the pressure of the vapor generated during the reaction inside of a closed reactor, by pressure applied from the outside, or a mixture of both. Gases to increase the pressure from outside are preferably inert gases such as Ar and N2 but are not limited to inert gases.

    摘要: A flat panel display device may improve picture quality by compensating a panel defect by use of a circuit and a picture quality controlling method. A flat panel display device includes a display panel.A memory stores a location information and a compensation value for a panel defect location on the display panel. A first converter calculates a brightness and color difference signals from red, green, blue video signals to be displayed in the display panel. The first converter expands the number of data bits of the brightness signal to generate the expanded brightness signal. A compensating part generates a compensated brightness signal by increasing or decreasing the expanded brightness signal of the video signal to be displayed in the panel defect location. A second converter calculates the red, green, blue signals from the color difference signal and the compensated brightness signal, and generates the compensated video signal by reducing the number of bits of the calculated red, green, blue signals. A drive circuit drives the display panel by use of the compensated video signal and the uncompensated video signal.
