    摘要: A method for forming a composite structure, using a mandrel that is later removed from the composite structure, involves production of a mandrel by depositing a particulate mixture, including an aggregate and a binder, into a mold and removing the mandrel from the mold. The mandrel may be treated while still in the mold by heating, curing with an agent, microwave energy, or by some combination thereof. Once finished, the mandrel can be used in manufacturing polymer and/or composite components. The mandrel can also include materials that can be easily removed from the finished composite structure by water, shakeout, chemically dissolving, or by some combination thereof. The mandrel can be a self-expanding mandrel, and can be used in a process or system for the manufacture of composite structures.

The method then involves dewatering in a first stage the concrete mix as it is pumped into a mould cavity formed between the core assembly and the fabrication assembly to reduce the water to cement ratio and then dewatering in a second stage the concrete mix after the mould assembly has been filled to further reduce the water to cement ratio.

    摘要: The construction element (1) has a hollow body (2) which extends along a longitudinal axis (A) and has substantially rectangular cross-section, possibly with rounded corners, and at least a first (3a) and at least a second (3b) strut element, wherein the first strut element (3a) extends from a first edge of the hollow body (2) to the second edge which lies opposite it with respect to the longitudinal axis, and the second strut element (3b) extends along the other diagonal between the associated edges. The strut elements (3a, 3b) are advantageously designed and arranged such that they absorb compressive forces but not tensile forces. A semi-finished product (1a) which has the strut elements (3a, 3b) and a tubular sleeve element (4) which extends along a longitudinal axis (A) can be arranged inside the construction element (1). The hollow body (2) and the strut elements (3a, 3b) can be fabricated completely from a fiber-reinforced plastic. A surface element (5) is also shown which has a plurality of construction elements (1) according to the invention which are arranged next to one another and are arranged between two cover elements (6, 8) in a filling compound (7). Such surface elements (5) can, for example, be used as floor or roof elements, especially when particularly high bearing capacity to dead weight ratios are required. Methods for producing the construction elements (1) and the surface elements (5) are also proposed.
