    摘要: A method for manufacturing an insulator for a spark plug includes a molding process of forming a cylindrical molded product having an axial hole that extends in a direction of an axial line, by means of injection molding using a mold that has a columnar cavity therein and a bar-shaped member disposed in the cavity and extending in the direction of the axial line. In this method, the molding process includes an injection step of injecting a material containing a ceramic. In the injection step, the material is injected into the cavity from a plurality of injection openings that are opened at an inner circumferential surface, of the mold, that forms the cavity. The plurality of injection openings include two or more injection openings located at different positions in the direction of the axial line, or two or more injection openings located at different positions in a circumferential direction.

The side walls (784) are automatically movable to the open position (78) when the concrete (26) has solidified so that a precast concrete structural member (30) is automatically released from the self-releasing mold (812). Also disclosed is a precast modular system (710) for automated concrete structural member fabrication, which includes a concrete mixing system (716), a concrete delivery subsystem (764), a block transport subsystem (720), and a plurality of casting machines (722), where each casting machine (722) includes a self-releasing mold (812).

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing simulated stone products is provided. The apparatus includes a mold having mold cavities. The mold cavities have a first section and a second section that intersect to form a cavity angle. A hopper is configured to introduce castable material into the mold. The hopper and the mold are moveable with respect to each other, enabling them to be selectively engaged with each other. The hopper includes a first funnel wall configured to contact the top of the first mold cavity and to introduce castable material into the top opening of the first section. The hopper has a second funnel wall configured to contact the second section and act as a barrier to close the top opening of the second section of the mold cavity.

    摘要: An organic silicon polymer is infiltrated and charged into gaps in a matrix phase of a formed fiber fabric, and its airtightness is increased by (a) CVI infiltration process 2 for forming the SIC matrix phase on the surface of the fiber fabric formed, (b) pressurized infiltrations process 4 for pressurizing the organic silicon polymer in the direction operating pressure is applied to the fiber fabric during use and infiltrating the organic silicon polymer into gaps in the aforementioned matrix phase, and (c) heating process 5 for heating the infiltrated fiber fabric at a high temperature. Thus, airtightness can be increased quickly, and fired work can be applied practically even to thrust chambers etc.
