    摘要: A controller (2a) sets a target setting temperature for an air-conditioning space 10, compares a value obtained by subtracting an outdoor temperature detected by an outdoor temperature sensor 9 from the target setting temperature, with a first threshold related to the value, compares a value obtained by subtracting the outdoor temperature from an indoor temperature detected by an indoor temperature sensor 8, with a second threshold related to the value, compares a value obtained by subtracting a heat load in the air-conditioning space 10 from a cooling capacity, with a third threshold related to the value, and controls operation of a heat pump type air-conditioning device 2 and a ventilating device 3 on the basis of these comparison results. The first threshold, the second threshold, and the third threshold are set in accordance with the number of people detected by a human detection sensor 5.

    摘要: A method for automatically operating a heating system controller for heating an indoor space so that the indoor temperature measurement signals are kept a) at approximately or above a default set point when the automatically obtained outdoor temperature indicator signals reflect an outdoor temperature indicator that is above a freeze protection point, or b) at approximately a computed set point that is higher than the default set point when the outdoor temperature indicator signals reflect an outdoor temperature indicator that is below the freeze protection point. The computed set point can be based on an outdoor temperature indicator. A heating system comprising a furnace, a thermostatic controller, a sensor of indoor temperature operatively connected to the thermostatic controller, a receiver operatively connected to the thermostatic controller for receiving a signal indicative of an outdoor temperature indicator, wherein the thermostatic controller is configured to operate according to the method.

    摘要: An air circulation system for a building or other enclosed space that includes an heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC) unit and a first air duct connecting the HVAC unit with the interior of the building. The system also includes a second air duct connecting the exterior of the building with its interior. A fan or secondary unit directs and moves air from outside of the building to inside the building when a controller determines via one or more sensors that an outside condition is preferable to a condition inside the building. The system also may be used in vehicles such as in ground-based vehicles including public transports, and in aircraft.
