Abstract: A method for security and/or automation systems is described. In one embodiment, the method includes identifying, via a processor of an automation system, a status of an occupant of a premises, determining, via the processor, a setting of an automated device associated with the status of the occupant, and implementing, via the processor, the setting of the automated device upon identifying the status of the occupant. In some cases, the status of the occupant includes at least one of an action of the occupant and a location of the action.

Abstract: Various arrangements are presented for controlling a night light feature of a hazard detector. A user interface application executed on a mobile device may output, a graphical interface that provides an option to enable a night light feature of the hazard detector. The application may transmit data indicative of the night light feature being enabled and of an associated user account to a computer server system. The computer server system may receive and store data indicative of the night light feature being enabled and of the user account. The hazard detector may receive from the computer server system data indicative of the night light feature of the hazard detector being enabled by the application. The hazard detector may enable the plurality of LEDs to provide illumination in response to the received data indicative of the night light feature of the hazard detector being enabled by the application.

Abstract: Various embodiments of an integrated wireless door lock and camera are disclosed. A wireless door lock comprises a camera that is activated upon the occurrence of certain events, such as when a person approaches a door where the integrated wireless door lock and camera are installed or when a doorbell is pressed. When activated, the camera sends video or still images to a networked user device for viewing an area outside, proximate to the door. If the person in the viewable area is recognized, a wireless signal may be sent to the integrated wireless door lock and camera to unlock the door.

Abstract: A method for generating and updating a live dashboard of a building management system for a building includes generating a dashboard designer interface and causing the dashboard designer interface to be displayed on a user device of a user, receiving a graphic element from the user, wherein the graphic file supports animation and user interaction, generating a widget by binding the graphic element received from the user to a widget of the live dashboard, binding a data point to the widget based on a user selection via the dashboard designer interface, wherein the data point being a data point of building equipment of the building, receiving a value for the data point from the building equipment, and displaying the widget in the live dashboard, the widget including an indication of the value for the data point.

Abstract: A bus control system for a home appliance comprises a main controller connected to a bus, a plurality of universal modules each connected to the bus, and a plurality of virtual function modules each communicated with the bus through the main controller to perform a corresponding function. A plurality of loads of the home appliance are each physically connected to a nearest one of the plurality of universal modules. Each of the virtual function modules obtains data of each of loads related to the corresponding function through the bus and generates corresponding control instructions based on the obtained data of each of the loads. The plurality of universal modules receive the control instructions generated by each of the virtual function modules through the bus and directly control respective loads based on the received control instructions.
