Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a testing method and a testing system for a human stress reaction, and a computer-readable storage medium. The testing method for the human stress reaction includes acquiring position information and visual field information of a testee in a virtual road traffic scene after the virtual road traffic scene is established; guiding the testee into a test zone when the testee is within a test-waiting zone and when a visual field direction of the testee faces the test zone, and simultaneously, starting acquiring stress reaction data of the testee; controlling a virtual reality environment module to create a virtual stress event in the test zone after it is determined that the testee is within the test zone, and applying a stimulation to the testee, such that the testee make a stress reaction.

Abstract: A noninvasive optical sensor for analyzing a level of a substance in a subject by illuminating a sclera may include at least one light source, at least one detector, and a processor. The at least one light source may direct incident light to illuminate a region of the sclera of an eye of the subject. The at least one detector may receive light, in response to the incident light, from the sclera or from inside the eye proximal to the illuminated region of the sclera. The processor may be configured to compute a ratio of an intensity of the received light from the at least one detector to a reference value and to estimate a level of a substance in the subject from the computed ratio.

Abstract: Sensors capable of sensing shear and normal forces and suitable for measuring reaction forces on a body region of an individual, and systems and methods. Such a sensor includes a first plate and multiple second plates that are separated from the first plate by a dielectric material to define multiple capacitor units that are each responsive to normal and shear forces applied to the sensor. Each capacitor unit comprises an individual second plate of the second plates and a portion of the first plate that is superimposed by the individual second plate. The second plates are superimposed on the first plate so that a shear force applied to the sensor causes a first portion of at least one of the second plates to not be superimposed on the first plate while a remaining portion of the second plate remains superimposed on the first plate to define a superimposed area therebetween.
