摘要: The present invention relates to a flooring material including: a base material layer as a stone plastic composite (SPC) core; a color film layer formed on top of the base material layer to provide a given color and pattern; a wear layer formed on top of the color film layer to provide a corrosion resistance; a UV resistant layer formed on top of the wear layer to provide surface protection; and a pad layer formed on the underside of the base material layer to provide shock absorption and sound absorption.

摘要: A method for forming grooves in a board element. An exemplary method includes arranging the board element in contact with a support member, and forming at least one groove in a rear side of the board element by removing material, such as chips, from the board element by rotating one or more cutting devices including a plurality of tooth elements configured to rotate around a rotational axis. A method further includes counteracting, such as preventing, a displacement of the board element away from the support member during forming of the at least one groove, wherein the counteracting, such as preventing, includes arranging at least a portion of the board element between an obstruction element and the support member.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a floor panel having a substrate and a top layer. The top layer may have a decorative layer that includes a digital print and a transparent or translucent wear layer. The method may involve providing the substrate with the digital print by jetting one or more inks from a set of inks using a digital inkjet printer. The ink may include a binding agent and/or a primer or adhesion layer may be provided between the digital print and the transparent or translucent wear layer. The digital print may be performed directly on the substrate. The transparent or translucent wear layer may be laminated on top of the printed substrate.

摘要: A flooring element suitable for connection to other elements in a flooring system. The flooring element comprises a body, a female connector and a retainer. The body defines a connector surface that is horizontal when in use. The female connector comprises a connector recess which is suitable for receiving a male connector and also which defines a connector opening in the connector surface. The retainer is connectable to the body such that, while it is connected to the body, the retainer is movable between and open position and a closed position. When in the closed position, the retainer is arranged to restrict movement of the male connector to guard against the male connector exiting the connector recess through the connector opening. When in the open position, the retainer does not restrict movement of the male connector thereby permitting the male connector to exit the connector recess through the connector opening.

摘要: A floor panel for an aircraft or spacecraft. The floor panel has a panel-like portion and an additional structure. A first side of the panel-like portion forms part of a floor surface in the aircraft or spacecraft. The additional structure is connected to the panel-like portion on a second side of the panel-like portion that is opposite the first side. The panel-like portion and the additional structure each comprise a matrix material formed by a thermoplastic material. Endless reinforcing fibers are embedded in the matrix material of the panel-like portion. Discontinuous reinforcing fibers are embedded in the matrix material of the additional structure. An aircraft or spacecraft may have a floor area which is formed by a planar arrangement of floor panels of this type. The method for producing a floor panel for an aircraft or spacecraft is provided.
