A signal processing apparatus includes an input attribute determination section for determining an input attribute representing at least one of a type of an audio codec, a sampling frequency and a number of channels of an input signal; and an input signal processing section for processing the input signal. The input signal processing section determines whether the input attribute has been changed based on a determination result provided by the input attribute determination section; and when a calculation remainder generated in the input signal processing section by the change in the input attribute, the input signal processing section assigns at least apart of the calculation remainder to processing of the input signal.

An electric power demand adjusting system restrains fluctuation in an incentive for adjusting the demand for electric power or fluctuation in an electric power demand adjustment amount caused by an incentive. The system includes a central apparatus, lower units, and computing machine systems of consumers, which are connected through a communication network. The computing machine system of the central apparatus has a device for predicting a demand, a device for determining the electric power demand adjustment amounts to be sent to the lower units on the basis of the predicted demand and information that includes historical data regarding the electric power demand adjustments of the lower units, and a device for transmitting the determined electric power demand adjustment amounts to the lower units. The arrangement restrains the fluctuation in incentives required for adjusting the demand for electric power.

An acoustic signal reproduction device includes a reproduction speaker and a signal processing section for generating an acoustic signal for causing a listener to recognize a reference speaker. The signal processing section includes a compensation data input section for receiving compensation data from the outside of the acoustic signal reproduction device and a calculation section for calculating the acoustic signal based on the audio signal and the compensation data and outputting the acoustic signal to the reproduction speaker. The compensation data has a value H/C, where H is a transfer function from the reference speaker to a control point located in the vicinity of an ear of the listener, and C is a transfer function from the reproduction speaker to the control point located in the vicinity of the ear of the listener.

The coefficient updator includes at least a first digital filter, a first coefficient update calculator, a second digital filter, a phase inverter, a third digital filter, and a second coefficient update calculator. Alternatively, the coefficient updator includes at least a first digital filter, a second digital filter, a third digital filter, a coefficient update calculator, a phase inverter, a first adder, and a second adder. In either case, the coefficient updator has a function of suppressing an increase in a coefficient gain of the adaptive filter in a predetermined frequency band.

A video camera having a zoom function and a camera system are provided, wherein a ratio of view fields of the video camera and a photographic camera is calculated based on information about zooming powers of imaging lenses, and an image frame of the photographic cameras is displayed in a variable size at an electronic viewfinder in accordance with the ratio of the view fields and based on a picked-up image of fixed size, or a picked-up image is displayed in a variable size on the basis of the image frame of the photographic camera. View angles of the video camera and the photographic camera are obtained from the information about the zooming powers of the imaging lenses, and zoom adjustment is carried out with the view angles coinciding with each other, or the zooming power of one of the video camera and the photographic camera is adjusted such that the view angles become equal to each other. Accordingly, the view field of the photographic camera can be accurately recognized even if the zooming power is changed.

The reading timing determination unit determines a timing at which identification marks such as print bar codes should be read. The reading unit reads identification marks in accordance with the timing to provide identification mark data in a numerical form. The discrimination unit compares identification mark data with data value of an identification mark to be primarily printed to judge whether or not the identification mark is correctly printed. The signal generation unit produces a notifying signal when it is judged that the identification mark is not correctly printed. In this way, this apparatus tests whether or not identification marks successively printed on a moving body in the form of sheet by the printing machine are correctly printed.

[Problem] To realize a predetermined “aseptic level of the containers” without introducing a container sterilizing machine and to reduce the burden for adjusting the temperature of the preform.[Means for Solution] A metal mold for molding, wherein a space width (t2) of at least the body portion in the space width for forming a thickness of from the body portion to the bottom portion of the preform is set to lie in a range of 1.18 to 2.11 times as great as a space width (t1) for forming a thickness of an upper end portion of the mouth portion of the preform. At the time of the compression molding, the preform is taken out in the state of a high temperature from a compression-molding machine 31 and is fed to a bottle-producing unit C while maintaining the state of a high temperature. Further, the inner surfaces of a clean box I in which the units are placed and the outer surfaces of the units are sterilized, and the interior of the clean box I maintains a positive-pressure state with the filtered clean air. An air conditioning capability allocation calculating section an air conditioning capability for each of the plurality of air conditioners on the basis of the performance model data and the overall load so that the sum of the air conditioning capability of the plurality of air conditioners is the overall load and the sum of the power consumption of the plurality of air conditioners is minimum. A control signal section sends a control signal related to the air conditioning capability to each of the plurality of air conditioners.

A power supply apparatus includes: a battery cell stack obtained by stacking a plurality of battery cells; and a cover case surrounding an outside of the battery cell stack, in which a resin is poured between the battery cell stack and the cover case, achieving a waterproof structure of making the battery cell stack waterproof. This allows prevention of water entering from an outside, thereby preventing unintentional electric conduction or corrosion. A gap between the battery cell stack and the cover case is also eliminated to prevent the harmful influence on the battery cell stack due to condensation inside the cover case.
