    Abstract: A fabricating method of color filter substrate includes a step of forming a black matrix pattern and a color filter layer pattern on a substrate. The black matrix pattern partitions a plurality of sub-pixel regions on the substrate, the color filter layer covers over the plurality of sub-pixel regions, the sub-pixel region includes a transmissive region and/or a reflective region. Before forming the color filter layer pattern the fabricating method further comprises a step of forming a plurality of recesses on the substrate. Each transmissive region in the sub-pixel regions corresponds to a respective recess in terms of location. Correspondingly, the invention provides a color filter substrate fabricated by such fabricating method, as well as a display device comprising such color filter substrate. The fabricating method as provided by the present invention can achieve an effect of color coordination and reduce the number of processes and the thickness of the planarizing protective layer.

    Abstract: An electrode structure and an organic light emitting unit and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The electrode structure includes: a substrate; a plurality of strip-like partitions disposed on the substrate; and an electrode covering a surface of the substrate. The electrode includes a first portion located on a surface of each of the strip-like partitions and a second portion located between two adjacent strip-like partitions, each of the strip-like partitions includes an upper layer and a lower layer which are stacked with each other, the upper layer and the lower layer are made of different materials; a bottom surface of the upper layer completely covers a top surface of the lower layer, and a width of the bottom surface of the upper layer is larger than a width of the top surface of the lower layer in a plane perpendicular to an extending direction of the strip-like partitions.

    Abstract: An array substrate and manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are capable of preventing light reflection from a drain electrode, and guaranteeing the display effect of the display device. The array substrate includes a drain electrode of a thin film transistor unit, an insulating layer and a pixel electrode. The insulating layer is located between the drain electrode and the pixel electrode, and has a via hole formed therein, and the drain electrode and the pixel electrode are connected through the via hole. A surface of the pixel electrode at the via hole is a rough face.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a base substrate and a thin-film transistor (TFT) unit, a color filter and a planarization protective layer disposed on the base substrate. The planarization protective layer is electrically connected with a drain electrode of the TFT unit and is conductive. The array substrate has the advantages of simplifying the layer structures of the array substrate, reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the array substrate, and improving the production yield of the array substrate.

    Abstract: The invention provides a vinyl ether group-containing copolymer, preparation process and use thereof. The copolymer comprises of the structural units represented by the following general formulae I, II and III, wherein, R1 is O or HN, R2 is an alkyl group with a carbon atom number of 1-4, cyclohexyl or a group represented by the following general formula IV (m represents a positive integer of 1-3), n is a positive integer of 1-4, the molar numbers of the structural units represented by the general formulae I, II and III are x, y and z, respectively, and x:y:z=3-8:1-4:1-5, the weight average molecular weight of the copolymer is 5000-20000. A color light blocking agent added with the copolymer can increase sensitivity. Furthermore, the copolymer has solubility in an alkaline solution, and thus, the color light blocking agent added with the copolymer has a superior developing property.
