摘要： A process for producing a transparent glass product having a refractive index gradient by the molecular stuffing method is described. A thallium compound is used as a dopant and, after a concentration gradient of the thallium dopant is formed, the porous glass product is heated up to the temperature region of 350.degree. to 550.degree. C. at a temperature-rising rate of 25.degree. to 150.degree. C./hour in a reducing gas atmosphere and then heat treated above 550.degree. C. in an inert gas atmosphere to collapse micropores in the porous glass product, thereby obtaining a glass product having a refractive index gradient which is transparent and free of light-scattering and coloration. The glass product is suitable as materials (preforms) for optical fibers or materials for rod-shaped lenses, particularly rod-shaped microlenses for microlens arrays and microlenses for coupling an optical fiber and a light source.

The semiconductor chip has: a Si semiconductor as a substrate; and a low-loss transmission line, and can be easily connected to a circuit board on which the semiconductor chip is to be mounted and can ensure a stable GND potential. The semiconductor chip is a flip-chip semiconductor chip, and includes: a Si substrate; an integrated circuit manufactured on a main surface of the substrate; a dielectric film formed above the integrated circuit; and a conductor film for grounding formed on an upper surface of the dielectric film. The integrated circuit includes a wiring layer including a signal line which transmits signals for the integrated circuit. The signal line, the dielectric film, and the conductor film constitute a microstrip line.

The control unit includes a function for acquiring a current position of the vehicle and a reference direction of the vehicle, a function for specifying a target and acquiring a target position, a function for calculating a target angle that indicates a target direction against the reference direction based on the target position, the current position and the reference direction, and a function for generating a presentation command based on the calculated target angle so as to indicate the target direction by the indicator. According to the apparatus, information for specifying the target position can be provided.

摘要： An fuel injection valve has: a needle housed in a valve body in a reciprocable manner; an injection hole plate attached to a front end portion of the valve body, the plate having an injection hole connecting an inside and an outside of the valve body; and a valve sheet which the needle is attached to or detached from so as to close or open a fuel flow path that reaches the injection hole of the injection hole plate through an outer circumference of the needle. The injection hole plate has a recessed portion dented in an axial direction of the needle so as to cause fuel flowing toward the injection hole through the valve sheet to descend lower than a height of an inlet port of the injection hole and then, to turn to ascension so as to reach the inlet port of the injection hole on the injection hole plate.
