    摘要: A processing apparatus includes: a processing chamber configured to process a workpiece; a moving unit configured to move the workpiece in the processing chamber; a first nozzle; a partition member; an inlet provided in communication with the downstream space; and an outlet provided in communication with the upstream space. The first nozzle has a discharge port configured to discharge a processing liquid or a processing gas. The discharge port is opposed to a moving path of the workpiece and the processing liquid or the processing gas is discharged from the discharge port in a discharge direction directed to an upstream side of a moving direction of the workpiece relative to a direction perpendicular to the moving direction. The partition member partitions a space above the moving path in the processing chamber, and the space is partitioned at a position of the first nozzle into an upstream space on the upstream side of the moving direction and a downstream space on a downstream side of the moving direction.

    摘要: An ultraviolet ray lamp includes a discharge vessel made of quartz glass, filled with a filling. A pair of electrodes is able to generate a discharge in the discharge vessel. An optical filter made of metal oxide, which is partly formed on the outer surface of the discharge vessel, transmits ultraviolet rays of long wavelength and cuts off ultraviolet rays of short wavelength. Furthermore, A device for generating ultraviolet rays includes an ultraviolet ray lamp generating ultraviolet rays including short and long wavelength, having a discharge vessel made of quartz glass. An enclosure accommodates the discharge vessel, transmitting at least ultraviolet ray of short wavelength. An optical filter made of metal oxide, which is partly formed on at least one side of the surface of the enclosure, transmits ultraviolet rays of long wavelength and cuts off ultraviolet rays of short wavelength. An ultraviolet ray lamp or a device for generating ultraviolet rays may be used for a sterilizer, an apparatus for treating fluid, or an air cleaner.

    摘要: The magnetic material for magnetic refrigeration of the present invention is characterized by exhibiting, in a certain temperature region, preferably, only in part of a temperature region from 200 K to 350 K, an inflection point at which a second order differential coefficient of a magnetization curve changes from positive to negative with respect to a magnetic field, within the range of this magnetic field formed using a permanent magnet unit. This magnetic material of the present invention can generate a low temperature by using a relatively low magnetic field, by transferring the entropy between the electron spin system and the lattice system near the temperature at which an inflection point appears on the magnetization curve. Examples of the magnetic material meeting this condition are La(Fe,Si)13, (Hf,Ta)Fe2, (Ti,Sc)Fe2, and (Nb,Mo)Fe2, each containing 50 to 60 atomic % of transition metals such as Fe.
