摘要: The present invention provides a hard coating composition comprising: a rubber-based impact modifier having a core-shell structure including a rubber core and at least one shell, a dendrimer compound having a (meth)acrylate terminal group, a polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate having a cyclohexyl group, a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having an ethylene glycol group, a photoinitiator and a solvent; a hard coating film formed using the same, and an image display device having the hard coating film. The hard coating film according to the present invention not only has high impact resistance and excellent hardness, flexibility and bending resistance, but also is excellent in the adhesion, curl and crack properties.

摘要: There is described a low number average molecular weight (MN 75° C.) copolymer (optionally a solid grade oligomer (SGO)) that comprises (a) at least 20 wt-% of itaconate functional monomer(s), (b) not more than 40% of a hydrophilic monomer, preferably an acid functional monomer(s) in an amount sufficient to achieve an acid value from 65 to 325 mg KOH per g of solid polymer; (c) optionally not more than 70% of other monomers not being either (a) or (b), having a max content of vinyl aromatic monomer(s) of 40 wt-% and/or max content of methacrylate(s) of 40 wt-%; where the weight percentages of monomers (a), (b) and (c) are calculated as a proportion of the total amount of monomers in the copolymer being 100%.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an anti-reflective film including: a hard coating layer; and a low-refractive layer containing a binder resin, and hollow inorganic nanoparticles and solid inorganic nanoparticles which are dispersed in the binder resin, wherein the low-refractive layer includes a first layer containing at least 70 vol % of the entire solid inorganic nanoparticles and a second layer containing at least 70 vol % of the entire hollow inorganic nanoparticles, and at the time of fitting polarization ellipticity measured by ellipsometry for the first layer or/and the second layer included in the low-refractive layer using a Cauchy model represented by the following General Equation 1, the second layer satisfies a predetermined condition.

摘要: A system for printing three dimensional objects using a liquid-matrix support includes a motor, a resin, a stage, oil, and a light projecting source. The motor is an operating interface that is adapted to move the stage in an upward or in a downward direction. The resin in the system comprises a light polymerizable liquid. The light from the light projecting source is projected onto the resin to provide a shape to the three dimensional objects. The stage is adapted to move in the upward or in the downward direction to support the growing layers of the printed three dimensional objects. The oil is a non-aqueous hydrophobic and oleo-phobic component that is coupled at an interface with the resin by a liquid-matrix support which includes an additive. The light projecting irradiates the resin, and, in a preferred embodiment, irradiation passes through the oil to the resin. The liquid-matrix support enhances speed, resolution and provides smooth finishing texture to the printed three dimensional objects of large and small dimensions.

A cross-linking process is performed on the deposited primer material. The cross-linkable component self-cross-links in response to the cross-linking process to form a cross-linked primer material. The cross-lined primer material can protect an underlying layer while performing at least one process on the cross-linked primer material.
