This invention provides a method which makes it possible to reliably detect malfunctions during the ejecting step without rendering the injection molding machine more complicated. An ejector pin is incorporated in the movable die. This ejector pin is connected, via an ejector plate, a connecting rod, a connecting plate and a feed screw, with a servo motor. The force for ejecting the ejector pin pushing a molded product is measured from the driving torque of a servo motor. In this invention, the relationship between driving torque and elapsed time from the initiation of ejection of the molded product is stored as a reference pattern. The tolerance limit and monitoring interval of driving torque are preset relative to the reference pattern. When the value of driving torque falls outside the tolerance limit during the ejecting step, it is judged as a malfunction, and an alarm is generated to stop the machine in a safe state.

A life energy value is predetermined on the basis of products, each of force generated by the ball screw and a moving speed of the ball screw. In a buckle of the present invention, inertia force F.sub.1 acts in a direction opposite to a direction toward a disengaging position of a main body 4d of a lock member when the buckle is pulled by a pretensioner. Clockwise torque T.sub.1 is developed on a lever 12b and counter-clockwise torque T.sub.2 is developed on a mass body 12c. Since the torque T.sub.2 of the mass body 12c is larger generally, the lever 12b and the mass body 12c rotate together in the counter-clockwise direction so that the lever is set in the restricting position. At the bottoming of the pulling action of the buckle, the inertia force F.sub.2 acts in a direction toward the disengaging position of the main body 4d. Therefore, the mass body 12c rotates in the clockwise direction and the lever 12b is held in the restricting position so that the movement of the lock member in the direction toward the disengaging position of the main body 4d is prevented. As a result of this, unexpected disengagement between the buckle and the tongue is prevented even with extreme acceleration, the operational feeling of an operational button is improved, interchangeability is provided to the operational button, and the assembly condition of components such as the operational button is improved.

A cooling fan shroud mounted on an engine vehicle comprises an engine mounting, a radiator mounting and a flexible member made of rubber bellows and connecting the engine mounting and the radiator mounting. The lower portion of the engine mounting is formed in a reverse U-shape, and the lower portion of radiator mounting is formed in a reverse L-shape. The radiator has a support projecting from the lower portion thereof and formed in a U-shape cross section. The reverse L-shaped lower portion of the radiator mounting of the fan shroud is inserted into the U-shaped support projecting from the lower portion of the radiator. The engine has a support formed in a L-shape at the lower portion thereof. The reverse U-shaped lower portion of the engine mounting is inserted onto the L-shaped support of the engine. The upper portions of the engine mounting and radiator mounting of the fan shroud are secured to the engine and the radiator by means of screws.

The carcass consists of at least one layer of rubber coated cord ply whose organic fiber cords are arranged in parallel with each other in substantially radial surfaces of the tire. The belt consists of a rubber coated metal cord layer folded at least at one edge, whose metal cords are arranged in parallel with each other at relatively small angles with respect to an equatorial line of the tire.According to the invention, a reinforcing layer of at least one rubber coated layer is arranged in an inside of and in substantially intimate contact with the folded edge of the rubber coated metal cord layer of the belt and extending at least 7% of an overall width of the belt from a folded position of the belt. Cords of the reinforcing layer are organic fiber cords and are in parallel with each other at angles of 0.degree.-40.degree. with respect to the equatorial line of the tire.
