摘要： In a recording medium on which is recorded a multiplexed stream including a plurality of first packets (V_main) constituting a first I-picture in a first video stream and a plurality of second packets (V_sub) constituting a second I-picture in a second video stream, information for identifying the first I-picture and information for identifying the second I-picture are recorded on the medium. A recording medium can thereby be obtained that enables the rapid detection, from a small amount of information, of a particular picture included in a stream such as a TS in which multiple content streams are multiplexed.

摘要： A movie editor converts a received movie into a proxy format, and creates a texture strip representing the frames of the movie. An editor can use the texture strip to edit the movie, rather than editing the movie directly. Deep tags and/or special effects can be defined for the texture strip using a graphical interface. The graphical interface enables movies to be combined into a playback product according to a control structure graphically presented in the graphical interface.

Embodiments of the present invention seek to utilize data captured during a trip to generate a trip replay experience that provides a re-creation experience for the viewer. The data may be correlated as a function of time and intermingled to create a first-person type view from a “dashboard” to give the viewer a more realistic re-creation experience of the trip. Such a trip replay experience allows the operator, owner, or anyone else to relive a trip taken in the marine vessel.

For example, if a user missed only a small portion of content (e.g., was outside of a viewing area of the media asset for a short period of time), the media guidance application may determine that the media asset does not need to be rewound. However, if a user missed a large portion of content (e.g., was outside of a viewing area of the media asset for an extended period of time), the media guidance application may determine that the media asset does need to be rewound.
