    摘要: An L-threonine-producing Escherichia coli strain and a method for producing the same are provided. The Escherchia coli strain contains chromosomal DNA with inactivated metJ gene. Therefore, expression repression of threonine biosynthesis genes by a metJ gene product is prevented, thereby producing a high concentration of threonine. Further, a high concentration of L-threonine can be produced in high yield using the method.

In a triode-type cathode for use in an electron emission device being a core component constituting a field emission device, the present invention includes forming a catalytic layer at the sidewall of a gate hole and then growing an emitter in the catalytic layer, thus uniformly distributing an electric field generated by a voltage applied to a gate electrode over the emitter. Therefore, the present invention can improve the brightness contrast at a low anode voltage and also can control electrons emitted from the emitter only with the gate voltage.

    摘要: A field emission display having an n-channel high voltage thin film transistor is disclosed. According to the present invention, a signal for driving pixels controls by the nHVTFT attached with each pixel, therefore, the signal voltage of row and column drivers is exceedingly decreased. The script interpreter is configured to perform a method. The method includes parsing a script configured to perform a card content management operation as a sequence of operations for a secure element based on receiving a request from a mobile device located remotely from the computer processor. The method also includes creating an execution context for the script to identify the sequence of operations in the script as non-flushing and flushing nodes. A flushing node is identified as an operation that sends a response to the request and expects a subsequent request from the mobile device for the secure element. The method further includes pausing execution of the script upon sending the response at the flushing node.
