摘要: A method for manufacturing electrically conductive structures, preferably conductive pathway structures using laser beams on a non-conductive carrier (LDS method), wherein a non-conductive carrier material is provided which contains at least one inorganic metal phosphate compound and at least one stabiliser finely distributed or dissolved therein, the carrier material is irradiated in regions by laser beams generating the electrically conductive structures in the irradiated regions.

摘要: A method of using an absorber of electromagnetic radiation, includes absorbing electromagnetic radiation with the absorber finely distributed or dissolved in a carrier material. The absorber is a crystal water-free iron(II) orthophosphate of the general formula Fe3(PO4)2 or crystal water-free iron(II) metal orthophosphate, iron(II) metal phosphonate, iron(II) metal pyrophosphate or iron(II) metal metaphosphate of the general formula FeaMetb(POc)d, where a is a number from 1 to 5, b is a number from >0 to 5, c is a number from 2.5 to 5, d is a number from 0.5 to 3 and Met represents one or more metals selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, the transition metals (d block), the metals and semimetals of the third, fourth and fifth main groups, and the lanthanoids or combinations of the above mentioned phosphates as absorbers of electromagnetic radiation.

摘要: In order to provide a hydroxyapatite that can be used without reservation in the food industry, a hydroxyapatite powder is provided composed of primary particles. The median size of the primary particles from which the powder is made is >0.10 μm and the aspect ratio of the primary particles is 550 g/l. Also disclosed is a method with which such a hydroxyapatite powder can be obtained.

摘要: Improved spherical beads that may be used in producing pharmaceutically active pellets by depositing a pharmaceutically active agent on the surface of said spherical beads. The spherical beads includes a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier material, including: a) at least 60 wt. % of phosphoric acid calcium salt and b) up to 40 wt. % of organic material. Greater than or equal to 90 wt % of the spherical beads have a particle size in the range of from 90 μm to 1200 μm. The spherical beads have: a bulk density of at least or more than 1000 g/l, a specific surface area of at most or less than 10 m2/g, and a hardness of at least or more than 600 g/mm2. Also included is a method for producing such spherical beads and to pharmaceutically active pellets being prepared by depositing a pharmaceutically active agent on the surface of the spherical beads.

摘要: A process for producing a phosphate by: introducing oxidic metal(II)-, metal(III)- metal(IV) or compounds with mixed oxide stages selected from hydroxides, oxides, oxide-hydroxides, oxide-hydrates, carbonates and hydroxide carbonates, of at least one of the metals Mn, Fe, Co and Ni with the elemental forms or alloys of at least one of the metals Mn, Fe, Co and/or Ni into an aqueous medium containing phosphoric acid, and reacting the oxidic metal compounds with elemental forms or alloys of the metals to obtain divalent metal ions, removing solid substances, producing an alkali metal phosphate receiver solution with a pH-value of 5 to 8 and metering the aqueous solution into the receiver solution and at the same time metering a basic aqueous alkali hydroxide solution that the pH-value of the resulting reaction mixture is kept in the region of 5 to 8 to precipitate the desired phosphate.

摘要: A method of thawing, heating, cooking and/or baking a foodstuff material, in particular a dough-based product, a pasta, a frozen dough, a panada, a minced meat pasta or a vegetable pasta, in a microwave field. The foodstuff material contains an added microwave absorber in an amount of 0.5 to 5.0% by weight with respect to the total weight of the foodstuff material. The microwave absorber is selected from orthophosphates (PO4)3−, hydrogen phosphates (HPO4)2−, dihydrogen phosphates (H2PO4)−, diphosphates (P2O7)4− (pyrophosphates), metaphosphates [(PO3)22−]n, tripolyphosphates (P3O10)5− or more highly condensed phosphates with an average chain length of 3 to 50, carbonates, hydroxides, citrates and gluconates of the metals calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) with the proviso that the water solubility of the microwave absorber at 20° C. is less than or equal to 50 g/L water and the microwave absorber has a pore volume of more than 3.0×10−3 cm3/g and less than 200×10−3 cm3/g.

摘要: A matrix material composed of polymer, preferably of thermoplastic polymer, or coating material. The matrix material includes 0.01 to 50% by weight of an additive for foaming of the matrix material which can be triggered by irradiation with laser light or IR light. The additive includes at least the following constituents: a) at least one absorber material which, embedded or dissolved in the matrix material, absorbs laser light or IR light and brings about local heating in the matrix material at the site of irradiation with laser light or IR light, and b) at least one blowing agent which, when heated due to the irradiation with laser light or IR light to temperatures above 50° C., forms a gas which foams the matrix material by decomposition, chemical conversion or reaction.

摘要: Iron(III) orthophosphate of the general formula FePO4×nH2O (n≦2.5), prepared by a process in which iron(II)-, iron(III)- or mixed iron(II, III) compounds selected from among hydroxides, oxides, oxidehydroxides, oxide hydrates, carbonates and hydroxidecarbonates are reacted with phosphoric acid having a concentration in the range from 5% to 50%, any iron(II) present after the reaction is converted into iron(III) by addition of an oxidant and solid iron(III) orthophosphate is separated off from the reaction mixture.
