摘要: A material deposition method comprising: providing a substrate; forming a film of HfO2 by chemical solution deposition, CSD, on the substrate; depositing a solution of PbTiO3 on the film of HfO2; depositing a layer of Pb(Zrx,Ti1-x)O3 on the seed layer, where O≤x≤1; and forming interdigitated electrodes on the Pb(Zrx,Ti1-x)O 3 layer. Also a ferroelectric microsystem obtained by this deposition method. Experiments show an improved fatigue resistance for such a microsystem.

摘要: In a first aspect of the present invention, a rubber composition is provided, comprising at least one rubber, at least one filler, at least one thermoplastic polymer, wherein the thermoplastic polymer is a poly alkylacrylate, and wherein the alkylacrylate comprises a polycyclic substituent at its single bonded oxygen atom. In another aspect of the invention, an article of manufacture such as a tire, a power transmission belt, a hose, a track, an air sleeve, and a conveyor belt is provided which comprises the rubber composition in accordance with the first aspect.

摘要: A thermal management system comprising: a thermal source of low to cryogenic temperature; a heating element for heating the source; a shield adapted to exchange heat by conduction to/from a sample and to/from the source; a controller calibrated for maintaining a gradient of temperature along the shield within a pre-determined range; a vacuum sealing feedthrough comprising a thermal insulator element, the vacuum sealing feedthrough delimiting around the first interface a vacuum sealed volume so that the shield exchanges heat with the thermal source exclusively by conduction and exclusively at a first interface. An exemplary purpose for this thermal management system is the sublimation of water ice and/or water ice trapped in a regolith, and positioned in a vacuum chamber. The heat insulator element is configured to separate physically the thermal source from a vacuum chamber into which the shield can protrude, so that sublimated compounds from the sample do not encounter colder point which would cause their deposition on the shield or on the walls of the chamber.

摘要: A process for producing a benzoxazine containing free aliphatic hydroxyl groups and monoester comprising the steps of: a) a reaction of a phenolic acid derivative with a monofunctional oligomer or molecule at a temperature of from 80° C. to 200° C., during 12 h-48 h, in a presence of a Bronsted type acid catalyst, resulting in a monophenol terminated oligomer or molecule and b) reaction of the monophenol terminated oligomer or molecule of step a) with a mixture of an amino-alcohol, a primary amine derivative and paraformaldehyde at a temperature range of from 80° C. to 100° C., from 1 h to 48 h, under stirring.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a colloidal dispersion of Kraft lignin (KL) nanoparticles, said method comprising the steps of (a) providing KL; (b) dissolving said KL into a solvent, to obtain a solution having a concentration of Kraft lignin of at least 15 mg/ml; and (c) mixing said solution with an antisolvent under mixing conditions, to provide a colloidal dispersion of nanoparticles. Said method is remarkable in that the solvent used in step (b) of dissolving said KL is one or more organic solvents, and in that step (c) of mixing is performed by the addition of the solution of step (b) into an antisolvent being or comprising water. The disclosure also relates to spherical KL nanoparticles with an average diameter size ranging from 9 nm up to 70 nm. The disclosure further relates to various uses of said spherical KL nanoparticle.

摘要: A post-discharge plasma coating device for a wired substrate comprising an inner tubular electrode on an inner tubular wall for receiving the substrate and a precursor moving axially in a working direction; an outer tubular electrode coaxial with, and surrounding, the inner tubular electrode. The inner and outer electrodes are configured to be supplied with an electrical power source for producing a plasma when a plasma gas is supplied between the electrodes and is thereby excited, the plasma excited gas flowing axially in the working direction and reacting with the precursor in a coating area at the end of the inner tubular wall in the direction. The inner tubular wall extends axially towards the coating area at least until, in various instances beyond, the end of the outer electrode, in the working direction and at least one dielectric tubular wall extends axially between the inner tubular electrode and the outer tubular electrode.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a rubber composition comprising 100 phr of at least one diene-based rubber, 30 phr to 250 phr of at least one filler, and 1 phr to 40 phr of an epoxidized and aminated fatty acid ester, wherein the epoxidized and aminated fatty acid ester is obtained from the reaction of an epoxidized fatty acid ester with an aliphatic amine. Furthermore, the present invention is directed to a rubber product, such as a tire, comprising such a rubber composition.

摘要: A system for incubating one or more cells and/or organotypic cultures for biological investigation, in particular for toxicology assessment, comprising a bio-incubator and a pressure system fluidly connected with the bio-incubator. The pressure system is a cyclic gas pressure system configured for cyclically varying the gas pressure in the bio-incubator between a negative pressure and a positive pressure compared to the atmospheric pressure, so as to reproduce the pressure conditions in lungs of a living mammal. The system is remarkable in that the cyclic gas pressure system comprises a feedthrough with a pipe configured to deviate the air influx from the one or more cells and/or organotypic cultures.
