    摘要: According to the process described, old or waste plastics are depolymerized into a pumpable phase and a volatile phase to allow recovery of chemical raw materials and liquid fuel components. The volatile phase is separated into a gaseous phase and a condensate. In order to simplify the process in comparison with the state of the art, the depolymerised product remaining after the volatile phase is separated is also heated together with the condensate or condensate fractions in the presence of hydrogen under pressure and is subjected to hydrotreating, after non-boiling components are removed, to produce syncrude.

    摘要: The invention relates to a crystalline zeolite-like gallosilicate having an atomic ratio of Si/Ga in the outer crystalline surface that is not larger than the average Si/Ga ratio for the whole of the crystal. The invention also relates to a method of making such a gallosilicate comprising the hydrothermal crystallization of a strictly inorganic reaction mixture having the following molar ratios: SiO.sub.2 /Ga.sub.2 O.sub.3 .gtoreq.5; OH.sup.- /SiO.sub.2 =0.05-1.0; and H.sub.2 O/SiO.sub.2 =10-1,000. The invention further relates to the above-described method wherein said reaction mixture is prepared by adding an aged gel to a first mixture, the first mixture preferably having a composition with the following molar ratios: SiO.sub.2 /Ga.sub.2 O.sub.3 .gtoreq.5; OH.sup.- /SiO.sub.2 =0.05 to 1.0; and H.sub.2 O/SiO.sub.2 =20 to 100.

    摘要: A process for producing sec-butanol and sec-butyl tert-butyl ether from butane comprises: (a) partially isomerizing n-butane to produce a mixture of n-butane and isobutane; (b) catalytically dehydrogenating said butanes to produce a mixture containing at least butene-1, isobutene and butadiene; (c) selectively hydrogenating butadiene and converting butene-1 to butene-2; (d) etherifying isobutene contained in the dehydrogenation reaction mixture with sec-butanol to form a mixture of sec-butyl tert-butyl ether and unreacted hydrocarbons; (e) converting butene-2 from the unreacted hydrocarbon mixture by hydration to produce sec-butanol; (f) recycling said sec-butanol to the etherification step; recovering said sec-butyl tert-butyl ether.

    摘要: Skeletal isomerization of n-alkenes into isoalkenes and enrichment of isoalkenes in alkene-containing hydrocarbon mixtures is effected in the presence of an isomerization catalyst containing a microporous silicon-containing alumophosphate.A goal of the method for skeletal isomerization is to provide a running time in one operating period of over 100 hours. This goal is achieved by using, as isomerization catalysts, microporous alumophosphates with a molecular sieve structure whose pore inlet openings have a diameter of 0.4 to 0.6 nm which are mixed with a binder and activated at temperatures of 623 to 873K.

    摘要: Apparatus for introducing solid fuels into a pressure gasification reactor comprising at least one conveyor worm turnable in a housing for conveying finely divided fuel, optionally mixed with a binder, and compacting the fuel into a gas-tight plug which is discharged through a discharge opening leading to the pressure gasification reactor. The discharge opening is provided with a closure member and the housing has an outlet opening also provided with a closure member near the discharge opening. The outlet opening is open to the ambient atmosphere. The closure members of the discharge opening and the outlet opening are alternatively actuatable such that when one is open the other is closed.

    摘要: A method for the continuous production of synthesis gas comprising carbon monoxide and hydrogen through the autothermal gasification of solid combustibles in a pressure reactor which comprises:introducing into a screw machine containing two parallely ordered shafts, a finely divided solid combustible, moistening and intimately mixing the solid combustible with 2 to 30% by weight of water, degasing and compressing the moist solid combustible to a pressure higher than that of the reactor, adding the gas-tight compressed and moist solid combustible to a reaction chamber-through a burner where the combustible is brought into contact with the gasification medium, thereby evaporating the water in the compressed and moist solid combustible and producing a comminuted dispersion of the solid combustible in the mixture of the gasification medium and water vapor;reacting the combustible dispersion to give a raw synthesis gas and removing the raw synthesis gas from the reactor.
